Some participants have been confused between a Cyto address and an Airdrop address. Cyto addresses are prefixed with "C" while Airdrop addresses start with "Ax0". For example,

Due to how Cyto will launch, Cyto airdrop addresses are necessarily different from normal Cyto addresses.

When you join the airdrop make sure to generate and submit an Airdrop address starting with "Ax0" by following the instructions carefully in the second post.

Tip: It's also a good idea to save a copy of your airdrop receipt for your paperwork and proof for tax purposes, etc.
