I think being addicted in games or casinos are sign of mental disorder. If you cannot live without playing gambling, you should be worried about your self condition. Play only when you want not because you really need to win that game.

I don't think that it is appropriate to call addiction as a "mental disorder". Addiction is a little bit worrying for everyone but we can stop it easily if we know where we are now today. Letting it happens is something we don't have actions to take. It is a decision we made and we can't blame others for this.

Self control is the key to avoid this type of incidents. He became greedy after a big win of $60k and wanted to earn more but he lost the money instead, he tried to gamble again to win what was lost but wasn't successful, even to his death he had not recovered the money he lost. For me, it's important to only gamble what you can afford so you can go very aggressive when you are lucky, remember it does not come all the time so take that opportunity and earn from it, but it's not effective all the time, sometimes you also end up losing.

There is nothing like controlling your emotion, people need to start making use of their senses and stop their greedy belief that they can pour all they have into gambling and go home with millions of dollars. Some people are so greedy and addicted to gambling to the extent that they lose their senses and start playing like fools. The way some of them be playing with confidence and acting like they know they are going to win and even use all their money to Play gambling, I'm always surprised. Yes, Gamblers need to control their emotion in both the cases either losing or winning situations. If they are over excited it can easily damage all your money, i have experienced many times this after winning or losing we need to control our emotions instead of spending more amount into gambling better start gambling with small amount of money.

In gambling, the worst times to make decisions is when we are over excited or when we are sad, I mean when you just make a win and you are so happy, this is not a good time to decide on playing back and emotional control is needed to make a decision in this case. Of course because money is important for our life our family life so we have to control our emotion if you don't then it will become big problem.

I am not very much familiar in gambling casinos but there should be an attending physician to check if any one of those people gambling in their vicinity will show bad symptoms of excessive gambling, that guy has little support coming from his family, they should have seen the first sign if the guy is gambling excessively.

The problem with these individuals is that they see gambling as a method of answering their financial problems, thus their last resort renders them to gamble all the resources that they have. Addiction, in general, clouds the judgement of people making them irrational on their decisions especially that they view their methods as acceptable. If someone has a problem with addiction, it is highly advisable to seek support from their family members for continuous guidance and understanding from them.

I hate saying this but it feels sucks whenever read some kind of articles that people dies because of his own stupidity.why need to stay that long in a casino when you can return back the next day?thats absolutely insane and not worth dying for.i would rather die sleeping than staying awake just to gamble lol..maybe the government needs to make a law for how long each individual can stay in gambling places specially casino.(but ofcourse the casino operator will do anything just to prevent this from happening because the longer the player stay the big profit they can have,even if this turns into health issue of their players)

thats true . they are not nurse and that is not a hospital so why would they bother check the health of thier costumers ?  they are gambling bussiness and they operate because people wanted to play gambling . its the gamblers fault if something bad happened to him because he dont control his emotion and he plays over his limit without eating or drinking anything  . what the guys suffered is more serious than loosing and getting bankrupted . i bet this will give some gamblers a lesson that life is more important than anything else because once you die , you cant carry your money with you  .
