Pirated software, fake statistics and not realistic promises for investors.

Please take some time to read thread (it is not long one) and write down what should we do in this case? How to do this flag thingy?

Are you a victim of catchabtc? If not, only flag type 1 is allowed.. I guess I have to intentionally get scammed/hurt by someone before I can issue a flag type 2 or 3. Undecided

According to theymos instructions, only someone that got scammed by him or bustabit (since he's using his script without a license) can add the type 2 and 3 flags. So all you can do is give him the flag that only shows up to newbies and guests.

Ask devans (bustabit's owner) to add him a flag. Then you can support it.

^ I've sent devans message. So I'll either support flag or create type 1, but option 2/3 sounds better in this case.

Update: flag is created: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=205

CatchaBTC violated bustabit's rights by pirating its software and arguably caused damages by not purchasing a software license instead. I'm unsure whether that's equivalent to violating an agreement, though, so I've supported your flag instead of adding a new one.

Seems you have created newbie flag, and I think its appropriate. Supported from my side as well since it was clear ponzi scam attempt.

Marlboroza has been created newbie flag since he/she had not scammed directly or broke any written contract with him. You might create scam flag and it will show for all user. Perhaps you might need to create a thread how they broke contract with you or how they scam/cheat you.

catchabtc deleted their previous thread and created a new thread. Since they've also created a new bitcointalk.org account to advertise I've added the same flag to it which marlboroza created for the old account: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2681230

Yet you forgot to completely remove bustabit's name from the FAQ when you pirated the source code:

This is some new level of retardation. I changed topic title to something more appropriate.

Another sockpuppet: luckymann1, they just discovered forum and went straight to catchabtc's thread to say how site is fast and amazing Grin
