Are you a victim of catchabtc? If not, only flag type 1 is allowed.. I guess I have to intentionally get scammed/hurt by someone before I can issue a flag type 2 or 3.

According to theymos instructions, only someone that got scammed by him or bustabit (since he's using his script without a license) can add the type 2 and 3 flags. So all you can do is give him the flag that only shows up to newbies and guests.

Ask devans (bustabit's owner) to add him a flag. Then you can support it.

CatchaBTC violated bustabit's rights by pirating its software and arguably caused damages by not purchasing a software license instead. I'm unsure whether that's equivalent to violating an agreement, though, so I've supported your flag instead of adding a new one.

Marlboroza has been created newbie flag since he/she had not scammed directly or broke any written contract with him. You might create scam flag and it will show for all user. Perhaps you might need to create a thread how they broke contract with you or how they scam/cheat you.
