Sorry to hear that mate, but unfortunately there is no crypto police or something like that, that would investigate your case. Try to keep your private information safe, not enter any fishing websites, and never give something via dms on telegram.

What particular wallet have you downloaded?

I think you downloaded a wrong wallet, actually I don't download wallet, every time I have ETH or ETH tokens, I just stored it in https://www.myetherwallet.com/, for years I've been using the site, and I never get hack as I know how to take care of my private key.
I downlaod a lot of altcoin wallet recently
some is reported as scam
I never thought hackere would read my txt...
Sorry to hear that, fortunately your wallet don't have too much Eth, my advice is don't install unknown wallet in your main computer, maybe tried to use vmware to test any unsafe program, it's won't affected your main system secuirty, remember always keep safe your crypto assets.

Oh sorry buddy. Unfortunately you might have exposed your private keys or sign in phishing sites. I always recommend users to keep their funds in a safe wallet like imtoken , trust wallet. It is a better option than having to sign in your pk on a web wallet.

I also experienced the same thing.
my telegram was hijacked by someone else and there was my key there.
but what I know is that it can't be stopped unless you immediately move the contents of your wallet

The wallet you used might be tampered with. Or prolly, you didn't keep your private key safe. That's the two major reason wallet can be hacked. So sorry buddy.

~
Can you please tell us the type of wallet that you downloaded, which brought about your lost of fund. At  least, it might help others to evert such problem in future.
Imtoken and metamast are ERC20 wallets that are easy and safe to use, particularly when you cannot afford to get a hardware wallet for yourself.

what can I do to stop it
I have no evidence

the hacker's address is  0xEEBbC9888fD8Ec5dFC267a915664780c8fa66426

My address is 0xd125a58b966dc8bdf10489fd910ca929934a0dbc

It happened in Jun 6th

I guess I download a virus altcoin wallet and the hacker found my private key in my desktop

I hope you can move the remaining tokens. Because there is no way to stop it if your private key has been found by someone else. MEW does not store our database, so it cannot return if our token or ETH is lost.

I would send all my tokens to other wallets as soon as possible so as not to lose the remaining coins that he has on his wallet

You can't stop it. You only can track where your money goes and then you can report it on police, nothing more. But I do not think that hackers are stupid.
Police will not be  able to help in such cases because of the security issues on the Eth blockchain. It is almost impossible to recover the lost funds, just accept the fact like normal. Valuable lesson is learned in hard way.

for such cases giving up is the best way, nothing can be done and from there you can learn that phishing / malware can cause it to happen or maybe your private key / keystore is known to other people, maybe friends might be people around your life, to overcome this save in a safe folder and use antivirus that is strong enough as a precaution

Well, that happens on a regular basis. You have nothing you can do. There is no way to track this person. You are just another victim of scams. In this difficult games.

If your Ethereum wallet has been hacked and your keys are stolen, then you can return them only in 2 ways. The first is that the hacker will return them to you, who hacked your wallet, voluntarily, the second, the hacker will return them to you for some other reason. There are no other options.

I am also concerned about this incident. You should keep your ETH wallet key outside your computer, or write it in a personal notebook paper. This hacking of case is very troubling. Never enter sites that you don't know, at least that's anticipating not to be careless.

You've lost very little. Enjoy this lesson, make the right conclusions. Increase security when working with cryptocurrency. Never neglect it. It is better to have a separate laptop and install Linux on it for operations with cryptocurrency.

Do everything to increase your security, it's very important to make good arrangement with your wallets make sure to learned more knowledge protecting your assets, as we know that there's always smart hackers that will keep chasing us in order to penetrate and sucked our money, inside crypto industry those who wanted to stay safe will always be updated in what will be the best way to secured their assets.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do with your hacked address, there is no way to return your funds. You should pay attention to the security of the new wallet in order to avoid such occasions in the future.
