There is nothing you can do to stop it because since he have the private key, you guys are now sharing the same wallet with equal access. The only thing you can do is to forget about it and move on with a new wallet and in this case ensure to write down your private key in different places you are sure it will be protected; since you said it's virus which you might not know how it happened, I think writing it down is the best way so you don't make same mistakes again.

After downloading the crypto wallet from the untested websites, checking the malware with different virus-checking software can save the cryptocurrencies. The safety comes first, the experienced traders understand this but only inexperienced people keep ignoring this, unfortunately.  The more we don't educate the people, the more people will be a victim of the hackers. Recommended wallets can be found after making a short search with search engines, lazy people don't like to waste their time with this nonsense.

no one can stop if our wallet has been hacked ... and this is obviously because of an error that you made so that your wallet can be hacked. then there is nothing we can do but throw away the wallet then make a new wallet ... so you have to be more careful in looking after your wallet ... privatekey must be guarded carefully and carefully with the phsing link ...

Incident like this needs to be taken care of. Many holders failed to protect their wallets due to lack of knowledge. Hackers are all over the place working on their opportunities to find someone who's not been careful with their assets. You have to be more aggressive in protecting your money. You can't recover back those loses but you can perform now more security measures to avoid making the same mistake again.

You have put your private key somewhere on the internet like google form.
Someone you know got your private keys.

Ohh!! this is very unfortunate actually. I could not understand how you did mistake that you stored your private key into your Desktop? You know private key is your wallet's life so it should stored into secured place. Any way i think now nothing can be do to recover your eth yet. Be careful for future.

Lost any altcoin by hacker is very painful to anyone. If anyone saves  private key is destop, laptop or mobile, it can be posibility lost your altcoin. You should careful when you download any kind of altcoin wallet, because many wallets are harmful to us. Now you can't do anything, because everything was happen. If you have any balance in your desktop, you should move your balance to other Ethereum wallet and also move your private key from desktop.

The problem in crypto is this kind of situation. Some geniuses uses their knowledge to create viruses that implies to steal some info and use in malicious activity which is kinda absurd and quite disappointing. Blockchain can really be helpful but hoping that a regulation that punish those cyber people who used too much gear on activity like this must be put inside jail so they can know that their doing is a sin for many people.

there really is nothing we can do if someone has stolen our assets. we can only do as you say like cleaning up viruses and creating new wallet addresses. and of course now we must be more careful in storing our wallet keys.

i hope this will be a lesson for us to remain vigilant, because crypto is very risky.
i think, right now someone is waiting for us to make a mistake, so we must not make any mistakes that will harm us.

Sorry, there is no way to recover lost tokens or coins. I think you have made a fatal mistake when accessing your wallet. I think there are 2 reasons between you accessing your wallet on a phishing site and it could be someone closest to you knowing your wallet's private key.

I have, too, have broken into 2 purse, but well that there was little funds. it is better to store funds on special devices for storing cryptocurrency, or at least on the phone through the app, there is at least a two-factor authorization, which prevents hacking attempts

stop ? no its not possible to stop the process of hacking because its fast  . once the transaction is done , you cant do anything to cancel it  . all you can do is seeing your coins moving from the other wallet  . you said you download a virus altcoin ? hows that possible ? you cant download a coin but you mean to say wallet ? didnt you have any antivirus on your device  ?  the file will be detected and wont be installed if you have an anti virus or unless you insist to install it then that is already your fault  .
