Major exchanges are getting excluding US Citizens one by one.
So be it. We are trading with DEX then. It is easy and secure.

Let's look at which DEX we can use...

Mixed;
Binance DEX: https://www.binance.org/en

Ethereum Tokens;
EtherDelta: https://etherdelta.com/
ForkDelta: https://forkdelta.app/
IDEX: https://idex.market/
Bancor: https://www.bancor.network/

NEO ;
Switch NEO: https://switcheo.network/

XLM;
Stellar Term: https://stellarterm.com/
Stellar Port: https://stellarport.io/
InterStellar Exchange: https://interstellar.exchange/

Waves: (You can trade with mobile app, desktop app with Waves DEX- it is so easy)
Waves DEX ; https://wavesplatform.com/

EOS;
EOSex; https://eosex.com (EOSex has a two options CEX&DEX)
You can also trade with some DAPPS your EOS tokens easily.

TRON;
Tron Market: https://trx.market/
You can also trade with some DAPPS your TRON tokens easily.

You missed Kyber Network: https://kyber.network. Many people overlook this exchange. Maybe it's because of their poor marketing but Kyber is a solid DEX in which, Vitalik is an advisor. Its swapping feature is pretty clean and cool.

If they are excluding American citizen, then DEX is a good option, I've used DEX's in the past, and I found it safe and fast but those that I've used are ERC20 token not yet on other token algo, they still need CEX for tokens that are not in ERC20 token and this is a big disadvantage for American traders.

DEx are too blocking US IP addressess. Binance DEX is blocking IPs from US and some other countries. Letting US citizens trade or buy coins had caused trouble for many ICOs and Exchange and they just want to stay away of that trouble.

Poor marketing aside, i have tried to swap a token i saw was trading on kyber network on cmc before to my surprise the trading is suspended, i don't count kyber as a good dex i had bad experience with them at first visite.

DEx are too blocking US IP addressess. Binance DEX is blocking IPs from US and some other countries.
And Binance DEX isn't completely decentralized. Another one good DEX is bisq.network.

I think this situation is very stupid. Why the government starts a war with everything that does not fully understand. In any case, decentralized exchanges are a really good alternative. In some ways, they are even better than centralized counterparts.

They are not giving the same alternative as they focus at one particular coin ecosystem but at least is an alternative.

We are still lacking truly decentralized multi-chain, one stop dex where all kinds of tokens can be traded without any restrictions and with a world class user interface, the concept of decentralization can only be realized with a truly all in one dex which is required by crypto community and hopefully we will see such a dex soon.

Actually, I knew it but I've never tried. So I don't want to share here what I don't know exactly.

DEx are too blocking US IP addressess. Binance DEX is blocking IPs from US and some other countries. Letting US citizens trade or buy coins had caused trouble for many ICOs and Exchange and they just want to stay away of that trouble.

Yes, but you can reach DEX with simple VPN apps.

I think this situation is very stupid. Why the government starts a war with everything that does not fully understand. In any case, decentralized exchanges are a really good alternative. In some ways, they are even better than centralized counterparts.

I think US government is about to release some regulations. Because of that, they want to control the market. (it is my opinion, there is no news) It is not cool! But fortunately, we have decentralized structure.

But we still need more decentralized APPs, platforms, projects... So globalization would be great then.

Until to date, I have only used Ethereum-based DEXs. I'm not sure that Kyber Network is too reliable. But what we need is a more inclusive DEX platform, I think. It's not just a coin, it's a platform that allows every coin trade.

I always prefer to trade on DEXes because I believe that can provide more security for the users. However, I am not a US citizen and I can believe that it is pretty stressful that you cannot participate in major projects.

I always use DEX exchanges and this exchange is very fast and easy to use.
I also often use standard DEX exchanges for ERC-20 Ethereum tokens

And this is a quick link with ratings that you can visit :

Have you any experienced on Etherflyer? I saw that exchange but it seems untrustable to me. I never use it. But there are a lot of tokens we can trade in there.

I have checked all the 70 cryptocurrencies and the list consist mainly from low market cap coins. It seems there is no coin from top 10, also Monero is not listed here!  Shocked

I had a few problems trading at EOSex. But there is no one who can solve these problems. Luckily I didn't invest in big amount.

And why USA made this decision? And what about the recently created Binance for US people? They will also delist 72 coins from the exchange?

Would appreciate the addition of Block DX. As far as I'm aware it's the most decentralized DEX. You can read more here:

Apart from IDEX announced they will be implementing full KYC: https://news.bitcoin.com/decentralized-exchange-idex-to-introduce-full-kyc/
Not doubt other DEX's will follow suit and/or feel the wrath of the SEC. Yes users will shift temporarily to DEX's, but it's not sustainable as a free-from-KYC place of exchange.
