In as much as it is hard to believe, but that what it looks like. Bitcoin really showed a tremendous growth within this few days thus countering what most said about it last year while those who were courage enough to buy last year and held are in real profit.

There isn't a clear indication to proclaim the current rally and uptrend of Bitcoin as a bullish market. This is not bull run IMO. For calling it bull run we need to see at least $16000 and this is far away from these levels. Altcoins bleed hard due to volatile BTC price and only LTC has a great advantage because of the assumed halving event in August.

For altcoin I think it's still waiting because with the strengthening of current bitcoin prices, the altcoin price is depressed against bitcoin. But I think, the market has started bullish and this is marked by the number of daily transactions that continue to increase

I think the increasing price of bitcoin is now not buble because the value of bitcoin transactions continues to increase. For bitcoin, it is probably currently a bull run but for altcoin it seems that it is still waiting a few weeks because of the strengthening price of bitcoin
