My answer NO as well, since we can't expect that new projects will stop ever so we can't expect that bounties will stop ever. But very less project getting success and they are not getting listed on reputed exchange as well. So exactly we can't say that old tokens are replacing with new token. Just new tokens are fail to raise fund and exchange just delisting the worst token.

I completely agree to this. for bounties and new projects to stop, blockchain itself has to stop - which is virtually impossible. Bounties have become a standard way of advertisement in blockchain and in the right hands, can be a very awesome advertisement tool. However, my concern now is this - how would you be able to fetch out the real bounties? How will bounties be limited to a few users in the future?

A lot of new bounties have sprouted out within the past six months. however, 80% of them are either a scam or wouldn't keep to their words. picking the best of bounties has become quite a problem. Even though bounties will never stop coming out. people will soon lose interest in them if there is no mechanism set-up to regulate these campaigns, filter out scam and ensure that bounty managers actually pay the hunters for their work.

As for new projects, their fate is the same as that of bounties. In the coming few months, you would see a lot of new projects come to evolve. however, fetching out the best projects is the hard part. but I believe with a little bit of research, and doing your due diligence, you will eventually find your way around.

New token or project will always created by new developers team. But on the other hand, a lot project or token delisted from exchangers because the project are dead and not running anymore. Many reason why this happen but i  think this always happen in any market including in stock market, old project replaced by new one

This is happening because there are a lot of new people coming into the market, and they are looking for a new coin to invest, they want to be a part of new projects or be an early bird, they want to experience, the early Bitcoin and eth investors, where they made a hundred times profit for just being an early bird.

desperately need the crypto community to promote their projects, this is a cheap and effective way. expensive way that is also usually done is to meet with clients such as holding a seminar to promote it.

Yes, everyone has chance to sell their products in the free market. Relevancy and importance of their products are tested by the market itself and their chance of survival is also determined by the market itself. The market will eliminate trash projects if they fail to perform well. It means only good and promising projects get chance, which is good according to the spirit of the free market.

Many new people are coming in and dev takes the opportunity to create dreams for these new people coming in, that is why we have new coins always in the market and it will not stop there will be new coin to invest because people are dreaming to be part of something that is going to be huge in the market.

Yes, there will always be new projects, I am convinced of that. But there will be less and less bountys in the future. In the last months there have been less and less bountys and I think this trend will continue. Already now really good bountys are scarce and I think there will be even less bountys in the next months. Years ago even good projects did not need bountys and so it will certainly be in the future again.

Most of these crypto projects have similar or related ideas between them and its always a race of who can fulfill roadmaps on time and deliver results to meet the community's expectations! Its really a "survival of the fittest" scenario where those who can adapt and survive challenges are more likely to be on the path to success.

We are in the age of development and everything is developing very fast and it urges people to become smarter and better in previous years. It motivates people to be creative and so projects are never lost. It will always exist and we still have work. But more importantly, are those projects potential or not and the market situation at that time good or not?
that's something we need to keep in mind when participating in a campaign or investing in any project.

Some people talk about the slow recovery, but the market here is through the roof, day by day cryptocurrency market is rapidly increasing. New projects need new advertising campaigns.

As far as new projects pop up, bounties will continue to be in the crypto space. I think it is a good way to attract more people to the crypto space. I didn't enter crypto with a lot of money but through bounty, I have been able to contribute so huge in some ICOs. I do not expect this to end now as new ideas are now coming

It will never stop. There are other projects that are being introduced like STO, IEO but there are still ICO projects coming out in the market. We can not easily stop it. As long as there are ways to fund raise the money, as long as there are supporters like bounty hunters, investors, then it is difficult to remove ICO in the crypto world.
