there is no pump since it is bitcoin not some altcoin to get pumped.
this rise however is the same bull run that started months ago when we broke out of $3k range and started this whole rally. and main reason for it like always is the increase of adoption.

Nobody knows exactly where we're heading, but I'm quite optimistic with the recent move. At this moment, we should have left the disbelief phase and people are starting to get confidence for the next run.

Lots of people even believe that we could reach $80k by July 2020.

if you don't own any bitcoins at all, it's generally a good idea to buy some. remember, there's only 21 million of them. with each passing bubble, owning even one BTC becomes harder for investors to attain. after the next bubble plays out, most people will only ever be able to afford small fractions of a coin.

short term, i think this rally still has steam. anywhere from here to $13k is a likely topping zone though. i think there will be another chance to buy below $10k in the next few months. don't rely on my opinion though!

I don't think it's late already, seeing the price reached $10,000 there is still a possibility it will continue until $15,000k so if you want to invest today is still a good time to invest because we don't know maybe in a matter of few months it will reach $20,000 so you can still get profits. I'm positive bitcoin will continue it's upward trend.

More and more people are interested in what Libra is and how it is different when compared to BTC, but this is indirectly benefiting BTC in a big way leading to the recent rally. This will probably look very small when compared to the upcoming Halving rally in 2020.

Really? Now btc community have Facebook Libra to thank for the sudden rise in price i suppose!   I doubt that is the reason for the price increase, crypto is slowly getting out of the bear market and preparing for another bull run, Libra was not here in 2017 nor back in the previous bull run so i wouldn't connect btc rise to any Libra influence.

I think the trip can penetrate the position above $ 10k is very good, the next step might be able to be above $12k and we can make this as an accurate prediction.

Hype on that Libra coin is too high, and they will use bitcoin for to market their coin. Anyway the pump on bitcoin is great, and I think its not too late to buy bitcoin because our goal is to break the ATH this year so there’s a time to buy. Why should bitcoin price rise because of some FB coin, this has nothing to do with each other? You and many others saying that people buying bitcoin because they are interested for Libra, but how familiar I am with FB project, users will be able to buy Libra only with fiat and then transfer it to other person/s or buy / pay some goods or services. Value of Libra should be pegged with $, € or any other fiat currency, so it is something completely different from bitcoin.

Price of bitcoin is going up because period of accumulation is over, and if you look history of bitcoin there are some patterns which are repeated every few years.

Me including my friends are so surprised by the price since we did not even expect this price pump. The last time we talked about Bitcoin and it just around $7K. The pump, I don't think something happened and triggered it, I guess it is really starting to pump in the start of the recent month when the price made the $7K run from $3K. If this continues, I think a correction will happen.

We cant predict how far we can go on this years bull run,but all that we know is this bull run will be exciting and will be a hell of ride.We can expect bitcoin make a new ATH record because this is the most common thing that happen everytime bitcoin undergoes the bull market.

Could it be attributed to that there wasnt any terrible news in the media about cryptocurrency in the past month for this run up to nearing $11k now?
Sediment towards it from the general public has been positive so this could also be a determining factor for this sudden surge in the price as well.

I remember when at the peak of the bitcoin price in 2017, many began to buy it,hoping that it will cost even more,but what happened happened.Now I see the same situation.When bitcoin cost 4 000 no one thought about buying it.Now everyone is ready to buy it for $ 10,000.That's absurd.Personally, I recorded a profit and now I'm waiting for an even greater rise in price.I haven't thought about additional purchase yet.
