Pretty big reason why I don't ever go to real-life casinos at all; the entire space just feels pretty closed as a whole and I'd rather just play similar games from the comfort of my own home or wherever I'm travelling. I have gone a few times with friends but never really on my own, and every time I left pretty quickly despite it being a great experience to go with people that I really knew for a long time. The free things and perks are nice, but I don't ever see them as being enough to actually convince me to stay for an extended period of time.

Of course due to profits. The make money when you are in their house and this what they want round the clock. This is the reason they do not install windows and clocks in the casinos. People come and do not keep track of time and as a result keep on gambling for long which benefits the casino. In addition, these people attracts others from their friend circles as well.

Those are strategies to make the business ongoing and all sorts of ways that making people do stay on the place would really be done by these casinos.
No clock,no windows, all of these things are isolated so that people wont really able to be aware on what time is it plus having those perks on making them

It really depends which side you are on. If you are an investor on a specific gambling site like you are investing on their bankroll, you want them to survive long enough and get back your investments along with profits but if you are a gambler, you want to earn as much money as you can. But very rare instance that a gambler can even breakeven with his losses and winnings. It is almost always you are on the losing side. That's normal situation on every casinos because they wanted you to play more and lose money, my friend ended up weak and sick during a 2 days long of playing though he earn money that time but his health is on a big risk. I've heard also someone dies on the casinos for continues playing, well its the job of the casinos that's why if you have weak self-control you will lose all yourself.

I wouldn’t blame the casinos because they are only using a business strategy since they need their business to thrive but I blame the gamblers that allow themselves to be subjected to being used. Before visiting a casino site, a player should have known the temptations surrounding the environment and ensure he has self-control before playing.

Well you can't blame them that's their way on how to make more money in there business. Business is business as told. People in the casino wants more people in and some of them are not really making bets, the free foods and drinks are nothing compare to the millions they made from so many high rollers gambling I read one high roller losing $200k in one night, so they want to give as many perks as possible for people to stay and bet.

Right, and with the free food and drinks they can still get people and gamblers attention so they can still get back what they spend for food once those people coming in will gamble, not only that they can get back what they spend but they can get big profits as well that is why casinos wanted to stay long because the longer they'll get the higher the profits.

Don’t you think that it is a very good strategy for business? I have never really gotten to patronize a casino center and I didn’t know they do this until I saw this post here about it. I am truly impressed by such act and as a business person, I have learnt that aspect already which I really appreciate I got the opportunity to learn.

I think gamblers would have to start learning how to pick good than bad. That's a very old trick, mathematically on long term casino is winner so that's why they want you to spend as much time as they can get from you. Also nothing is done for free if they can't get benefit from you. Even your win means a lot for them, if you win much from particular casino, it possibly means you'll stick with them and try your best to win again but on long term, as I mentioned you'll lose, these freebies increase their chance to stick you with them or if you are just gambler who gets pleasure from gambling, it's a whole comfort for you, more fun and more exciting experience.
Also time isn't a huge deal there, nowdays everyone has mobile phone, nothing to talk about watch, so you can control it.

this is true and i did also notice it on our area where there the gambling owner prepares a coffee and snacks for his gambling costumers  . they are playing card games  .

aside from attracting gamblers the owner do also want to be friendly , the strategy can be a double purpose so there is nothing wrong with that  .

 online cainos dont have this kind of treatment but they have some bonuses like welcome bonus and other promotions that we cant experience offline .

@OP: If you mean real casinos then this is why casinos want you to stay and they will tempt you to stay longer so you'll spend more money means they'll earn more money and your mindset may be also changed later like "you must continue gambling so that you can win huge amount of money if you are very lucky until you'll run out of money", but if you are not lucky then the result is you'll lose your money. If you won't be tempted by them then you'll win money with a strategy he use. My uncle is always going to the casino every night and when he get home he is bringing more money that he brought to the casino. This is what he did when he go to casino. When you start gambling if you notice that you are lucky then he'll continue to gamble but if he's not lucky at this time he will gamble once or twice before he decided he stop betting but he still stay at the casino. I also agree on what he did that you should stop betting or playing games if you notice that you always lose after betting and play or gamble more if you notice that you are lucky. Anyway, I just want to share on what he did so you guys can compare his strategy to your own strategy if you have.

I think they don't have equal treatment for all gamblers, there are gambler that are treated regularly and there are those who are treated like a VIP.
So if you are treated like a VIP, you should not be proud because that means you are losing a lot of money to them.
