Actually, any airdrop asking users to pay or send money for gas to send your reward is a complete scam, some scammers have used this method to acquire alot of money for themselves, I personally had an experience last year where I joined one airdrop on telegram, it seems all legit with a nice looking website, they were able to gather over 100k subscribers to their telegram channel, at the end, they asked participants to send 0.005 eth to cover the gas cost of sending their tokens, tens of thousands fell for this, I personally monitored the scammers wallet and the idiots were able to raise over 36 Ethereum in a period of just 3 days, really baffles me how gallible some people can be.
Experience is the main asset so that it doesn't happen again. The airdrop is now like flowing water. without stopping airdrops arriving using an enchanting concept. Why pay for the gas fee to get an airdrop token, while other, more legit airdrops are still waiting ..right ?
