How can i recover the wallet like you said ? And are you sure it can resolve my problem ?
The last sentence of my post comes with a link to Bitpay's support page with step-by-step guide on how to get the
xprv key to be able to import the private keys to another wallet with import master private key option (
ex. Electrum), just choose from option 1 or 2.
If Bitpay's "
12-word passphrase backup" is BIP39 SEED, you can directly import it to any wallet that supports BIP39 SEED to be able to spend that address' missing balance.
Use it as the last resort; for now, focus on restoring the balance of your Bitpay wallet natively.
Clearing the cache didn't worked, have you tried to let it open for a couple of minutes? (
in case of internet connection issues)
-Update-The
output was now spent, I guess clearing the cache had solved the issue?
