You can use it for EFT bank transfers, credits mobi and a whole bunch more payment methods. I have also privately bought from individuals here as well. I simply asked if I may pay in bitcoin or crypto and they said yes and gave me an address. I say private because we didn't use the official checkout. You see some people don't use payfast for certain reasons so they have to do private transactions. Even my mother said she would use bitcoin if she could pay for bills and food. |

I don`t think anything can be bought by Bitcoin. Most of the stores don`t know what is bitcoin yet and also don`t accept bitcoin.

I didn't got any products with Bitcoin but I have done recharges many time with Bitcoin. Sometime I tried to pay my my bills with Bitcoin but unfortunately that services not available for my city.
other than that there are plenty of sites providing Bitcoin payment option so you can utilise that and make the payment with Bitcoin to buy the products.

No not everything i think.. there are some varieties of things that we can bought from bitcoin.. you can search these things...
Maybe not for today but for sure in future mate ,the cryptocurrency are offering I guess all of the things or even service people need .from medical to towing I think in future even water sewerage service will be on the line also,because this is the future of currency not just bitcoin but altcoins as well I don`t think anything can be bought by Bitcoin. Most of the stores don`t know what is bitcoin yet and also don`t accept bitcoin.

It seems to me that the situation with the massive use of Bitcoin can change only after the real legalization of cryptocurrency. The fact is that most countries do not have any laws regarding cryptocurrency, and all operations with cryptocurrency are outlawed. In my country, payment using bitcoin is still not accepted and is a violation of the law, but ownership of bitcoin is now permitted. Im curious where you came from?And what consiquences and punishments is being implemented to someone who violated the law of usage of bitcoin. There are many countries that people are freely to spend their bitcoin and convert in to cash in instant in every legal way just like here in my country,im just curious of what punishments you get from using bitcoin there. |

We are gradually letting go of fiat currency. The world is shifting into a cashless community. People are starting to spend with cards and crypto. However, crypto spending is much lesser than card spending. There are several reasons. For example, Bitcoin is not that widely accepted yet. Although there are already online and actual stores that are accepting Bitcoin, this is still very limited for now. Another would be the rising prices, causing people to rather HODL them than spend them.

Example such as, From Overstock.com, any kind of product can be bought through Bitcoin. Many such business entities currently accept Bitcoin as currency and sell their products. Homes has been sold by bitcoin in various countries. By bitcoin can also be purchased product on many online websites, and Amazon and BMW accept bitcoins.
It is assumed that, at this time using the credit card instead of the money, Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency will be used instead of money and credit cards in the future world.
I still prefer btc as a digital gold that be used as a currency for buying products like our basic necessities. If people see btc as similar as gold, it will be viewed as a precious asset because no one wants to use it or sell it and you would rather hoard it and keep it for many years. But if we use it as a currency, then it's just an ordinary as the fiat and its price won't appreciate so much. |

It's possible to realize that, there are 3rd parties who will bridge to make that possible if bitcoin is still not fully acceptable in your country. The good thing with bitcoin is it's the most popular in crypto, therefore it will not die, instead it will grow, the LN network is a 3rd party and it could help to make transaction faster and cheaper, for sure we will see more of that in the long run as crypto if compared to a country it's a developing country. |

I can they prohibit something they don't even know about? Noone knows what mathod you used to pay for something. If the country you live in oppresses its people then they honestly don't deserve your tax money. Opportunities to buy anything for bitcoins are becoming more and more. There a few major online stores in some countries. I know of coin.ph that you can pay your utility bills with. That's pretty cool and I wish they had that everywhere. there are already some shopping platforms that accepts bitcoin. but i do not believe that bitcoin is a proper payment item. because of the transaction speed and the fees. there are better blockchain based solutions. |

In my opinion, that is quite true of the development and popularity of Bitcoin, Bitcoin can buy anything even to pay supermarket bills, but many countries have unsupported attitudes. Bitcoin is concerned about political influence, hoping that these barriers will soon be removed in order for the full development of Bitcoin.

I do not think that the government is filled with fools who easily forbid something without in-depth study? so I don't think that they forbid bitcoin for no apparent reason, of course they have a strong reason for it, which is good for them, even though it's not good for us. but of course every era will change, governments will also change, technological changes will make them rethink the legality of bitcoin |

There are many countries that have legalised the use of bitcoin for transaction as well as many traders. I know bitcoin will be used for anything in the next couple of years. I strongly believe in what bitcoin can do in the future.
For other countries they have legalized bitcoin as method of payment. In my country only few merchants accepted bitcoin whereas can purchase goods or products. I also do believe their is an improvement in the future of bitcoin about it’s usage. Seeing such big countries already using bitcoin as a means for payment system, hopefully small countries too will start to adopt bitcoin so that bitcoiners and even those who don't own bitcoins yet can easily purchase anything they want with the use if bitcoin. I know this will happen in the future but it might take more time to be realized. The obstacles that huge or developed countries are facing are a lot different than the ones that small or underdeveloped countries are facing. Bitcoin payment in advanced countries is not much hard to implement given the fact that the perfect technological circumstances are already there. It only needs a nod by the government authorities and everything will go fine. In small and underdeveloped countries, the problem is much deeper and basic such electricity, internet, lack of smartphones, and even the lack of capacity to use smartphones. |
