Yes, get enough sleep and stay hydrated. don't pressure your self too much while you're working out

Well, I used to do a couple of months back... But then I couldn't continue.

Do any of you guys work out?

How do you maintain a habit of working out and not getting tired of it after a few days or weeks?? Huh

I made it a habit to work out at the same time and the same days and then reward myself with something pleasant for me, for example, I drink whiskey in the evening that day or I am going to visit my favorite Italian restaurant to eat pasta, kinda motivation personally to me. Anyway I am taking supplements for some helping to keep my shape as good as I want to have, till this moment it was sarms and I plan to buy peptides as well and see what happens because I heard all the good about them in order to get and support muscles, it is kinda small items of protein molecules which help to build muscles structure

Yes..  Jogging is the best option for those who can't do workout regular basis.
But instead of working out jogging is best option for keep yourself fit.
I'm doing since one year.

in my youth i practiced boxing now to not get fat i do 3 times a week g.a.g  i.e. fitness exercises for legs, abdominal and buttocks to not get bored doing sports we need to find the one that suits us best, which we are passionate about

I will find some friends to exercise with me so that we can supervise each other and play a role of supervision. When I am lazy, I will let my friends call me, which is a very effective method. I do yoga 3 times a week at home...
I don't like strenuous work out like going to the gym. I prefer light work out at home while looking after my children. work out is important so that the body continues to be fit and the mind is comfortable.

My cousin is the one who push me to do work out and play basketball at first I really want to quit when my body gets sore due to the activities,
But I endured it and enjoy the game and work out but it was all in the past I no longer work out or play any sport I have no physical activity nowadays.
Maybe because I am far from my hometown and new to the neighborhood.

But the twist even if I don't workout, it's making me tire doing nothing because of the stress that I'm experiencing. What I do to avoid being tired is to drink smoothies or any cold drink.
