It has been known to numerous betting forums and communities that they simply DO NOT pay anyone and people have to wait even 40days for small 1-2k USD withdraws.

You can't be keeping such a scam bookie with 30 recent negative reviews on trustpilot and here about not paying payouts , ont the list with the "top 20 cryptocurrency sportsbook".

He has Pinnacle #3 overall, crypto and fiat. Sportsbet and Stake have bad odds and confiscate money all the time. Sometimes winnings and sometimes winnings plus deposits. Go look at scam accusations here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 and Trust Pilot https://trustpilot.com/review/sportsbet.io and https://trustpilot.com/review/stake.com. Cloudbet has better odds than those two and doesn't confiscate as much. Who would you put ahead of Betcoin? Too many times people do rankings as a popularity contest instead of the best sportsbook.

When it comes to review sites or ranking ones then it could be that influenced with these factors and thats why having that inaccuracies.

1. Paid ranking
2. Personal ranking
3. Lacks other sites or totally incomplete

This is why i dont like to read up with these kind of ranking site or site, not unless if I do saw that the community is trusting it.
I would rather be that check btcgosu into this aspect than with other rating sites out there.

Personally i would be that liking to bet on Sportsbet.io.

You don't have to agree with the OP's choice of top 20 cryptocurrency sportsbook, I also do not agree with his choices too but that's just it, there is nothing we can do aside state our disagreement with him, even though his choice is his choice still, it is often said that a man's food could be another man's poison and this is a fact.

Your experiences and OP's experiences with cryptocurrency sportsbooks may likely not be the same, and op has made his list of top 20 cryptocurrency sportsbooks based on his own personal experiences with the casinos he has interacted with.
So right now, it's completely in your hands to come up with your own top 20 cryptocurrency sportsbooks based on your own experiences as well, atleast, we are in a free space where we all are entitled to our various individual opinions.

It is his prerogative to make such list, so he has his own set of criteria how to rank the casinos. Everyone has their criteria as to how you list these casinos. Just look at the rating sites, each one has their own top casinos and they have their pros and cons.
We can say that they can rate all they want, but people know here which casinos are really reputable and are included in the top. It is your due diligence to find out how credible the gambling site is.
