But I agree that it's better to have more admins to help our users!

1) Uninstall Netbox.Browser with checkbox "Also delete browsing and wallet data?"

Try "Run as admin" when you open netbox browser.
If that not helping, look at your firewall or others security you have. Since this browser have built-in wallet sometimes they block connection from browser that can cause failed to sync.
