Good Day Everyone,

Well, I know a lot of bounty hunters are frustrated and worn out mostly because most of the projects which they'd spent their precious time promoting ended up being scam projects. But hey, its too late to give up at this time, trust me.

So here are the little tips which I personally apply before participating in any bounty campaign, though, of course, it takes time, I feel its worth it.

1. THE TEAM BEHIND THE PROJECT
2. THE SOFT CAP AND HARD CAP (HOW REASONABLE IS IT?)
3. HAVE THEY RAISED ANY FUNDS BEFORE COMING PUBLIC?
4. ARE THEY PLANNING AN ICO, STO, OR IEO? IF IEO, THEN ON WHAT EXCHANGE?
5. WHO IS THE BOUNTY MANAGER? WHAT IS HIS TRUST LEVEL ON BITCOINTALK? WHAT IS THE SUCCESS RATE OF THE CAMPAIGNS HE HAD MANAGED? AND SO ON.

FEEL FREE TO ADD YOUR OPINIONS BELOW, I MIGHT JUST LEARN A THING OR TWO

We are discussing here about good bounty, a good bounty comes with a good/great team but it's not enough a good use of the project and it should have a use and application in real life, a good bounty also give a fair reward to its hunters and they didn't deceive them.

Lastly they are transparent and to everything. Today, we can rarely see a bounty like this most of them are failed project or didn't give rewards to their participants.

I judge a project in terms of the concept being stretched, a great team and often active in blockchain events. Maybe if everything is perfect, I think we are worthy of supporting promoting the project. But all people have different principles when choosing Tongue

maybe you should add white paper as one part to identify a solid and trusted bounty. a good project always describes the projects they work on white paper. by understanding the white paper we can predict whether the project they are working on will be successful, trusted and worthy for participating in their bounty.

No the best way to just the project by its whitepaper, because part of whitepapers are written by outsource workers, that doesn't even in the project team.

Whitepaper author can even be hired from Services section of the forum. 100-1500$ and you have a perfect whitepaper  Grin

5. WHO IS THE BOUNTY MANAGER? WHAT IS HIS TRUST LEVEL ON BITCOINTALK? WHAT IS THE SUCCESS RATE OF THE CAMPAIGNS HE HAD MANAGED? AND SO ON.

This is important but not so important IMO, bounty managers are just doing their job based on the requirement of the project, so the order comes from the team behind the project.

I usually do more research on the project itself, of course who is the team behind as it's more important than anything else since they are the ones who will manage the funds to realize what is written in the white paper, the most important is the implementation side which we should look at if the team is capable enough to deliver what is promise.

This is odd to see the post with block letters. I think it's better to post normal.

Your reason are enough but you know it's still not possible to get a good one since most of the projects are scam.

Identifying good and Trusted Bounty campaigns is a must do before you join in any campaign! In the very beginning bounties has no guarantee to be successful, Since it was only rely on the ICO results. But with exception from bounties that already Live and listed on CMC or at any exchange, since it has a guarantee already. For choosing promising bounties be sure that the transparency of team is present, including the platforms purposes including product or services and clear detailed whitepaper.

I think one important point is to check if the project will continue if it raises low funds or if soft cap not reached as some projects are abandoned if soft cap does not reach which result in non payment to bounty hunters. I have experienced this in the past and it really hurts to not receive anything after months of work so for me soft cap is very important thing to know now.

i have applied all these techniques but it doesn't mean that 90% of all these New projects awares dumping in the market. most believed that it is the fault of bounty hunters.  the techniques is a good concept but i will not guarantee you quality and good bounties.

You should identify the telegram group because if that was a good project that so many people are paying attention to it and there will be a lot of discussions to talk about the development. Scam projects are using the fake or bot. this can become another important point.

Honesty is still the best policy I just come out from some bounties with dishonest developers, they are not giving bounty hunters their shares of the bounty, they locked it without good explanation and worse of all they change their rules about distribution, so it's important that people behind the project are honest.

You have summarized most of them.
6. Look how the project is going to deliver the profit to the token holders. Are they burning on a fixed interval or are providing dividends.
7. Look at the utility of token. At what places and sectors would it be used.

even though there is a white paper making service in this forum you cannot judge all projects doing the same thing.
if you are pure a bounty and follow the campaign but don't read and understand the project from white paper. why follow the campaign but don't know the product you're promoting.

Are you saying good bounties always have lots of participants? You are wrong friend ,for example gowithme bounty has the lowest bbounty participants that the team are forced to cut the allocation into half and guess what ? It became successful and still trading till date with good volume on exchanges.

The bounty manager does not affect the success of the ICO, many managers who have
succeeded in running the bounty end up with an ICO failure that they hold or run it.

You missed the point there about reading the whitepaper. Even if it is written by a third party, it does now mean you do not have to rely on it.

The concept is to know what the project is really all about. What are the problems the project is really trying to solve and how are they going to achieve it? All those guides listed in the OP is pretty much useless if the idea behind the project itself is crap.

To choose a bounty first of all you have to sure about the project authenticity behind the bounty. Then calculate the reward for the each individual task by projecting the future stakes what could be. If you are happy with the projected reward that you will get after the bounty then work for that bounty.

Bounty manager however good on how he runs the campaign cannot guaranty payment of bounty hunters, it's still on the dev signal if they want to pay a bounty hunter, even the campaign become popular and behind these projects are scammers, bounty hunters will suffer, so the one thing that you need to look are the reputation of the people running the crowdfunding, without it things will go wrong.
