Good Day Everyone,

Well, I know a lot of bounty hunters are frustrated and worn out mostly because most of the projects which they'd spent their precious time promoting ended up being scam projects. But hey, its too late to give up at this time, trust me.

So here are the little tips which I personally apply before participating in any bounty campaign, though, of course, it takes time, I feel its worth it.

1. THE TEAM BEHIND THE PROJECT
2. THE SOFT CAP AND HARD CAP (HOW REASONABLE IS IT?)
3. HAVE THEY RAISED ANY FUNDS BEFORE COMING PUBLIC?
4. ARE THEY PLANNING AN ICO, STO, OR IEO? IF IEO, THEN ON WHAT EXCHANGE?
5. WHO IS THE BOUNTY MANAGER? WHAT IS HIS TRUST LEVEL ON BITCOINTALK? WHAT IS THE SUCCESS RATE OF THE CAMPAIGNS HE HAD MANAGED? AND SO ON.

FEEL FREE TO ADD YOUR OPINIONS BELOW, I MIGHT JUST LEARN A THING OR TWO

My opinion is that all the listed 5 ways to know good bounty may be wrong because some project will come up with lies that they have already reached soft cap and the actual truth is that they have never raised a dime. Therefore some projects may look real at start but they may end up to be a scam.

Mistakes is what give birth to success they say so its better to look for projects with pro teams that have past experience in the field so that they can easily go through any challenges

I would like to first ask, is the topic related to bounty still alive? The whole year was lull, but now the ICO market seems to come to life and people are starting to return to work again ... Finding a project that will accurately assemble softcap and distribute tokens profitably seems to me very problematic, the market is too unpredictable, let's hope for growth like in 2017...

the most important thing is actually part of the team and they also already have a large number of investors, for ieo currently it seems that only a few launchpad can still be trusted because some of the launchpad I saw failed even some IEO projects have been scam because of the unknown launchpad like dexon and also have to be vigilant with the project that brings the IEO but holds on their own platform

I think it is worth assessing the bounty manager, if he has a red trust. View topics where he spent discussions on the forum. It is also a must to study the white book and decide whether there is a chance for the project that it will pay off and bring dividends. The next step is to take a look at the roadmap and visit the developer pages on social networks to find out more about the project. Do not forget to ask about kyc, as this may also be a surprise in the future.

I am glad that my signature bounty campaign finally hit the soft cap. It is pretty impossible in the bear market, but it only confirms that solid crypto blockchain projects are successful no matter the market situation  Cool.

Collaborative partners are also important to analyze, the bigger and many partners of the project cooperation, the better to be followed. I usually only see the team, manager, allocation and their partners, that is enough to determine whether or not the project is good. Oh yes, please choose a project that has partners with high popularity.

5. WHO IS THE BOUNTY MANAGER? WHAT IS HIS TRUST LEVEL ON BITCOINTALK? WHAT IS THE SUCCESS RATE OF THE CAMPAIGNS HE HAD MANAGED? AND SO ON.
Easy with the caps lock, dude.  But as far as the above statement, I would say that sometimes bounty managers are at the mercy of the project devs and whether the latter will pay the bounty hunters.  If the funds are in escrow, that's fine, but I'm not sure that's the case with a lot of bounties.  I don't follow them too closely, though, so I could be wrong.

If people keep getting screwed with these things, wouldn't you think it's time to not participate in bounties?  You do all of this work up front and hope everyone on the dev and BM level keep their word, which apparently doesn't happen sometimes.

I've been aware of ICOs and their bounties since the beginning of them (I think).  I've chosen not to get involved, despite the fact that I could probably have earned a lot of money.  The reason for that is I have no faith in these projects, which are either complete shit or outright scams.  There's no way in hell I'm going to advertise for them.  And ultimately I have little sympathy for those who choose to do so.  Most bounty hunters are just spammers, and they're the ones polluting the forum (and social media, too).  Move on, don't support these scams.

There are several things to take into consideration, as a hunter, your main concern should be about the pay and as a result, you need to choose wisely, look at the team behind the project, check their social handles, know the extent of the sale possibly if they met softcap, all things being equal, check the reward for bounty!

Thanks for this guide but some of these points don't always apply to every project as I have seen projects have a very high hardcap and achieved this with ease and some with low caps as long as 5million have failed miserably.

Having a reputable bounty manager is not an endorsement to say everyone this is a good, safe, promising project to invest in,NO IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THIS. it's expected that you do your due diligence as the person risking their money time is you and nobody will be held responsible if project fails.

The fund raised before coming onboard to raise fund from retail investors, is not a good means of accessing any project.
I have seen a lot of projects that claimed they raised huge amount of fund, yet they lied and ended up as scam. Although, when you ask so many of them, they will not be able to provide any evidence to substantiate their claims.

I agree. The funds raised by them before launching another project is not a solid proof that they are legit. For me, i usually study the team behind the project, and most especially the manager who is managing the project. I have known quite names of managers who have made the projects very successful knowing they are also very responsible in the outcome of their projects.

Latey, i often participate those bounties that are run by high level rank in this forum, but as what i have experienced from those projects, it was not that popular in the end, and some of it, becomes dead, so for now, the higher the level does not matter for me, what really concerns me is that if the project is planning for IEO or doing an IEO, that means if they have it, i can assure that the project might be listed to that exchanger.

When i find or identify good and solid bounties i always look at their website, wihitepaper, roadmap and their social medias if there is a lot followers for their bounties, i always want to know how far this project will go in order to conclude that this project is good.

Picking a good bounty campaign is really a difficult task for bounty hunters, and it is much difficult for newbies. There are some factors that should be considered before going to join any bounty campaign.
Project team should be strong and reputed. Its collected amount suggests how much the project is trusted by people. Its technology and goals. How much practical the project is.

I agree with most of the OPs list, but I would say the most important consideration is always whether this coin fills a gap in the market. Is there really a need for this project, or is it just jumping on the crypto bandwagon? If there is a need for the solution this coin is offering, then are there other coins out there that fill the same space and would be direct competitors?

Thanks this a wonderful piece.  I participate in bounties most times if the team are actively working to develop their platform qnd not just concerned with the sales of their token. A working product project tends to always come out top notch. I will advice anyone participating in bounty to look out for such features

For me to identify a solid bounty is to look if the project is solving some problems regarding block chain technology like scalability etc. Also the team must be professional and experienced, moreover the bounty manager handling the bounty must be reputable and trusted, lastly the project must be having an IEO on binance because that proves the project is serious and trustworthy.

I agree that a solid team is one indication of a good project and a valuable bounty to work on. A good team will give success to the project and also investors will be happy if the project starts making money
