Absolutely yes im afraid with this cases, thats why i only trust binance when participating in some IEO to secure my funds to guarantee my profits, now i earn x3 profit from one IEO.

so far you might choose the right project and exchange for your IEO investment. because besides binance I also don't trust other exchanges that have the IEO. there are BW, LATOKEN, and others. I think the trading community in their exchange is not feasible for the IEO. and if there is a project that is successful at such an exchange, I doubt. maybe just manipulation from the team and exchange only.

The recent trends of IEO has done more harm than good to cryptocurrency exchanges. The IEO token only moons on the listing date and at most 2-3 days after it has been listed after the dump will be massive  because  everyone (investors and traders) are cashing out.

The IEO projects can only  pump a little when the exchange decides to promote it again or a trading competition  is announced, which is not good.


Also,  most of these exchanges give false hope and Figures to the public about their soft cap and hardcap  achieved even when the project  didn't  make up to $100.


I think  there should be a kind  of regulations guiding the conduct of IEO in exchanges in order to promote transparency, fairness and organic growth of the project.

Yeah its like Q4 of 2017 when ICO so popular then scamer following this method to steal big money from people who don't know about it at all and they give many advantages if people participate on it. But, in reality the initial offering must be launched by profesional person.
Now IEO coming to offering us to trade on their exchanger but they ignore about their own token and make it dump and people get out of there.

This all must be carefully considered.  Not every IEO gives a good profit.  I had a bad experience with one IEO project on Bittrex.  The price has fallen to minus five times at once, and it still holds.  Sometimes it's better to buy after IEO at lower bidding prices.

Everyone agreed on the ico market of the company precisely because the share of fraud increased in proportion to the number of investors who were not always professionals.  Remember 2016 and 2017, when everyone tried to invest in new companies and bought tokensyl tokens on time with a 50 percent discount, and then sold several times more expensive after the completion of ico companies.  Then there was a very easy money and therefore the scammers took advantage of it.

Sometimes it is better not to buy at all if you have not studied the project. Bittrex is a good exchange but not always it can guarantee the quality of the project.

Beware is indeed the right step, the increasing popularity of the IEO among crypto investors has led many projects to register their projects in exchange to launch the IEO. But keep in mind that scammers don't stop here, scammers will continue to look for loopholes to make a profit.

It is increasingly becoming a norm for IEO's to dump in some of these exchanges after listing, this will make IEO's become unpopular equally too just like ICO's are. The interesting thing here is that these exchange have a reputation to maintain and if it continues to be on their record that majority of the tokens that they conducted their IEO's eventually dumped, it will make them lose customers and people will become uninterested in buying from them

You are right though, we shouldn't be blinded by the anticipated profits that we fails to do the needed research and so on. Most importantly, the exchange conducting the IEO should be a decent and trustworthy one because scammers will always look for ways to scam investors.

Yeah not all exchanges are to be trusted, some come into the system with their own hidden agenda. you might not note their deeds but with time the disparity becomes wide and clear for each and every individual on that exchange. Therefore let not put all our hopes on these platforms.

Generally, IEOs has only been effective on the reduction of fruad related to fund raising for crypto startups on blockchain which boosted investors confidence. But on a personal level, missing on the IEO for exchanges such as Binance, Huobi and co which you have to purchase thier native coin to participate is as good as nothing because of the impending loss for those coins you hold. The most important thing in the IEO and ICO is the project itself. If the project is good and has a partnership with various companies, I think the project will be successful in selling tokens and investors will invest the money even though the project is organized by an exchanger that is not large

People would always choose Binance if they have a chance to invest, however, due to limited investors allowed only, other investors have no option but to invest in other sites. If Binance can produce a lot of IEO in a month, then maybe investors would not go for other exchange to invest.

Right, recently we have seen such fraud activities from many exchanges where IEO are being opened. They are showing collected money which are totally wrong.  Now IEO has become more cheating thing than before ICO.

i am sure someone must have mentioned the allegations levied against IDAX recently by coinmarketads and other cryptocurrencies. Most exchanges nowadays unreasonably inflate the amount of token sold to attract buyers. best is DYOR

The exchange you mention its not really a good option for doing an IEO because of the exchange not really popular. To be honest, if you want participant an IEO better-used top ran 1-3 exchange you will have a chance get a good fomo on their IEO. For other exchange will not guarantee you because the trading volume of the token/coin will be low because the exchange was not really popular.
