In this example, L2F4ZSAWE8UxB2mCBtRytU5FRwFaGYMBahJHLNVpCo4gab8rB9hZ is your private key, you should keep it secret and cpu1qdm8970s4c05mrc9velwg20nm0l8hpv02dwfh0g is your public key you can use for mining or receiving payments. Instead of bech32 you can of course use any other type of wallet available in Bitcoin; they just cloned the Core and adjusted it to this new coin.

In the above example you try to mine two blocks using ten tries. Of course, it is not enough and you should increase these numbers, because mining single block can take a whole day using a typical computer. That is why many people are joining pools, but such command will allow solo mining if you want do it that way, just adjust these numbers to your mining power.

Last time I saw minkcrypto in the end of November 2019 and latest commits on GitHub has this date. But it does not really matter. The coin is created and the community will decide what will happen. In Bitcoin, Satoshi is inactive, but the coin is still developed and used by many people. Whether coin is valuable or not, it is your personal decision. Some people (including me) are still mining and I think it is worth trying, even for testing purposes if it becomes low value coin in the future.
