No way will login into an exchange through a random link placed in the website even if it looks like facebook but it could be a phishing link that could lead to unavoidable disaster , besides this could only work with novices or lazy people, anyone who value their account won't want to risk it in this manner, it is ridiculous.

By next year we shall see the result of the Libra development and if its going to be a successful launch, do you think one day we shall see a facebook login button on exchanges like binance? Would you login to it? I have seen this on websites like medium.com. Worse is taht not only binance but also kraken and bittrex I always avoid signup with facebook, gmail or twitter etc in any exchanges. It has bad impact if your facebook, or twitter account suspended. I always prefer to create a new exchange account with email, username and password with 2FA. This is more flexible than signup with social accounts.

There is no direct tie with that and exchanges, even more faceook login details and exchange login details are completely different things.

It could be, right now it requires a login in the form of an e-mail account, who knows, later it will use a Facebook account, especially for coins from Facebook itself (libra). But, is it effective? It is possible for users to use fake Facebook accounts. They certainly still want to maintain privacy. Therefore, if it is planned, this needs careful planning and does not burden the users.

I think it's not safe, and there's no need, I hope Facebook can make a good mobile wallet, protected from hacking.

It's possible to see it one day since many websites now are connecting and allowing their users to login through facebook. Would you login to it?

I think it's only an option if we want to enter using a Facebook account, it will be easier. But for me personally, I will think twice about doing it, I prefer to enter using my email plus the Google Authenticator code.

If for security I will prefer to use the same since Google authenticator will be able to protect your account just in case you'll going to invest decent amount of money, using this will give you some good securities to avoid losing your money without your knowledge.

I think Facebook can come up with a lot of things. And not the fact that it will be in our hands. They can customize everything so that they can rob us later.

I can see more exchanges adopting it, not because of KYC but because of the increasing adoption of Microsoft B2C. What would you rather, option A - a new exchange trying to implement it's own secure authentication mechanism in which a single flaw compromises all your tokens and thousands of other users or B) utilizing one already created by a world leading company?
You could argue anyone capable of coding an exchange should already know what their doing but it's one less thing for them to have to worry about when developing.

I don't think its going to be an option if the exchange enforce as part of their KYC. I'd be looking forward to see if Facebook will have a ton of developments when libra is approved, including an own exchange to make sure they have the data of those who gets in and out through libra.

I will not be surprise if this happen as the regulators are much concern about centralized crypto , even the Libra of a thing is coming to distruct the system but many dont feel it coming until then , will be why do we accept Libra , because US has always like taking control of every thing and a step forward is the Libra of a thing.

Worse is taht not only binance but also kraken and bittrex I guess that will going on happen in the future but I think they will have another option for members to login into their account because of many people still not comfortable to use their facebook login to enter to their exchange account. I think the exchange will think about the comfortability for their members and if they think that is not necessary for their members to login using their Facebook, then they will add an additional way to log in. But lets we wait and see what will happen in many exchanges.

Facebook coin will be big in my prediction despite of the government trials they will still push that one. KYC will also become normal in the future because of the government policies and regulations so we can't escape from that.

I believe Facebook have a lot of security problems to keep the user private information safe.
If they want to adopt the cryptocurrency in order to accept payments is not a bad idea, but create a new crypto, this is a bad idea.

I think Libra will have no effect because login via Facebook is a bit vulnerable and surely exchange developers prefer to use a username or email rather than login using Facebook. and it's likely that Libra won't go straight into the market, but just like ton they will focus on their platform first.

This may happen in the future I also think. Facebook is trying to monopolize the market with its already strength and power. Some collaborative partners will allow Facebook to do so. I think Facebook is trying to establish only one digital coin, Libra, to discourage other digital tokens. And there will be no wonder if exchanges are allowed to sing in through Facebook.

I don't think that's bad. But it is a risk. If your Facebook account is hacked, they will get access to your exchange. And if there will be money well, you know what will happen to them. I am afraid that this method is dangerous today. And I would choose another exchange.
