We've been thinking how to giveaway the 7 blocks that we mined for error at launch, so we are going to do a poll to decide how to do it. Instead of giving away 14 rotocoins will be rising that quantity to 30 rotocoins for delay on launch.
Poll will be open from 23:00 GMT 3/24 til 23:00 GMT 3/26
There're two options :
A) 0.5 rotoCoins to 60 users.
B) 30 rotocoins divided by all the users subscribed to the giveaway
Thanks for your support!
Can I have 1 of them please

There was a problem in the stratum in mingopool.com Wallet adress was wrong and the found blocks didnt appear. Now is fixed and all the found blocks in last 48 hours has been accredited to the users. We found a lot of blocks lasts 48 hours, check if you have confirmed balance, now it should appear at your dashboard. You can mine now without any error.

gonna be difficult to distribute the compensation coin , i was there from launch but didn't post my address, and did not rant at the Dev as i wanted to let them do thier work and figured if it was a scam they would already have vanished, they did not and were good to their word and got it out eventually.
I was here and on IRC chatting, maybe the faucet is the best idea should keep it going for a while..

If the faucet option doesn't won.
The giveway will be made by a google docs forms, the user will have to put their roto address and their bitcointalk nick to validate the entry, the entries will be checked manually
The only requisite will be: Bitcointalk account registered before the rotocoin launch.
This way the bitcointalk forum will be clean from addresses spaming. (Also because doing giveaways inside the forum it explicitly prohibited in the bitcointalk rules)
The giveaway will by effective at a specified day an hour, by the use of rotocoin wallet feature "sendmany" so everybody will receive the coins almost (theoretically ) at the same time.
In case of a raffle, it will be done against a well known lottery, with a future public result number, the numbers will be assigned equally between the participants and by inscription order. The table of participants will be open and published in the ann post.
Cheers

I think it's better (and fair) distribute the coins between accounts that have been written on the thread before announcement

Many were following the thread but didn't post. It's really hard to see everyone happy, let's see what happens with the poll. For us the easy way would it been just send the coins to the faucet but we thought we have to let people vote! Cheers

Well if you're going to let random ppl in the distribution/lottery thing, might aswell use the coins for BOUNTIES which no doubt will help the popularity of RT2 therefore the price , therefore all of us will benefit from it.
Indirectly reward the most loyal supportes (who are holding and not dumping).
I see there were no bounties for the thread's translation into other languages for instance, or shops or whatever.
PS: if you're doing that, I call shotgun on the italian translation (done the Caishen one already, and some others before that)
What do you guys think?

You could add my proposal to the poll, couldn't you?
The options all suck and are unfair.
Random people with dozens of alts will get 90% of the coins.
