It's October month, and the Bitcoin price has decreased over 2K USD from July. Still, I would not say this is the right time to buy Bitcoin. There will be more dumps in Bitcoin prices. So, you may wait for more days, if you haven't bought yet! A rich man can buy in every dip, but normal people should keep researching to pick the best buying time!

This seems to be close to the truth, those which have high amounts of fiat can enter the market almost in any moment and it will be a good moment for them simply because they can wait for the market to recover in the case they enter sooner than what they expect, but those with a small budget need to make the most out of it, and even if yesterday bitcoin produced and important recovery it is still too close to the 8000 mark and it is likely we will test that resistance level again during the week. |

There would be only one right time to invest in altcoins and this would be when the BTC dominance would fall to 60 percent at least. This would mean the new beginning for altcoins and the best entering point.

It should be taken that way, buy when most are afraid and selling due to panics, hold and wait as there's chances that the value will fall even more but because you bought in decent amount, once market start to rise you all have the chance to sell or keeps on holding to maximize your profits. Use your spare money to add more coin, basing from the past market bitcoin will bounce back and bring much stronger runs. |

Of course the right time for us to buy bitcoin is when bitcoin has decreased in price, and we can see if it happens due to several factors that occur, such as negative sentiment over the speech trump some time ago made the price of bitcoin decrease drastic, I think making a purchase bitcoin when prices are down has the potential to generate large profits in a short period. I private basically just think positively when the price of bitcoin goes down because, every time there is a decrease means there will always be an opportunity to go up again.

Here's another thread bump from when bitcoin was above $10,000 and people were even then declaring it to be a gloomy market because it was trading sideways.
Months later, well after this thread was started, I can confidently state that now is a f-ing great time to buy bitcoin, and I'm not just giving lip service to it. I am actually buying bitcoin. Most wannabe's on bitcointalk just write garbage about bitcoin getting back to where it was, pricewise. I don't have any doubt whatsoever that it will achieve it's all time high again (which was above $20,000), nor am I scared to buy based on my convictions.
You want to make some money? Buy bitcoin *now* while everyone is questioning whether it has a future or not. When the market is scared, that's the time to buy.

Yep, that is why buying at the dip by portions is still a good strategy for me. That way you have multiple entry points that wont cost you all of your money. Maybe what is the hardest thing about it is how we decide it is dip of the coin. Dip means lowest price of a coin before it is bumped. For some people, buy in a dip usually need very deep analysis and not simple as buy in low price. |

I think the value of bitcoin will not go down any more and it will spike high maybe after the end of this month but we are not sure yet if that will happen and were still hoping is the prediction will come true.
But as of today it would be great to buy more bitcoin and hodl more since it is really good for a long term holding because were not sure when will the bullrun will happen.

Yep, that is why buying at the dip by portions is still a good strategy for me. That way you have multiple entry points that wont cost you all of your money. Buying the dip by portions, setting up buy orders on the way down, is probably the safest approach. There is no way to guess whether a current dip is the best entry point or not, so might as well just go with a staggered approach and average it out. But if anyone feels BTC will hit 20K again (or even over 10K), might as well buy in during dips like these. The bigger question (which nobody has an answer to), is if alts will outpace btc for the next month or two ... which then logically would mean one is better off investing in alts, selling the alts during a rise and then going back into btc. Kind of risky though. |

Price just dropped by 400 usd suddenly but i'm sure it gives the best time to investors to the investors. The price already found a dip and if we want to hold some and sell it after halving. I'm sure we'll harvest the result happily |

The price of bitcoin is spiking right now and it is now at 8400 which is an amazing recovery in a matter of hours, but while some may be happy about this I wonder what it is happening with bitcoin? The growth is too abrupt, it may seem as if the whales are just playing with us and they are moving the price up and down to confuse investors since I find hard to believe that a bunch of investors with a lot of money suddenly decided to buy all bitcoin at the same time. |

I guess the price of bitcoin is not so weak. this is the bitcoin movement that I think is reasonable. a lot of opportunities if you can take advantage of it because the movement of bitcoin has experienced pumping several times after the decline occurred. in the current situation do not wait for the bull, take advantage of the opportunities that exist even though it is very small. if you dare to take steps then you will get good luck.

It is not only a rich man that would buy in everyday dip because bitcoin price is really not predictable when it comes to downtrend, we could say that bitcoin will continue to dip as you speak and we see reverse being the case. As an average investor, we don’t need to put too much money before we can buy a dip, even if it is 10 to 20 dollars that we buy in every dip, I think it I still something, and if you look at it now, the lowest that bitcoin can dip to now is till $7000, which is just $2000 difference from the current price which I don’t think that it is really worth risking for because if anything makes bitcoin to go on a reverse journey now, the value may continue to start rising and all we will see is fomo everywhere which is what usually make people to have bad decision on their choice of investment or time to enter the market. |

A Bitcoin trader and investor must always monitor the movements of Bitcoin prices on the exchange. And when the price of Bitcoin goes down of course it's the right time to buy it. I saw a few days ago, Bitcoin experienced a fairly deep decline, but now it has begun to rise again. Just a suggestion, if indeed we will invest in Bitcoin, just buy it now. Because Bitcoin is a potential coin, the current price is quite low. And the opportunity to go up in high prices is quite a lot.

I will not be so sure that the bull market has already started, I will not question at all that the recovery that we saw during the previous days was something amazing, and for a few moments the price of bitcoin almost reached 11,000 but since then the price has been going down and it has problems recovering all of the ground that it has lost, it is very likely that the price will continue at the current level for some time and then we will begin to see traders selling their coins and pushing the price down. |
