Warning: Trade with exteme caution! publicly shown at my profile
Warning: One or more bitcointalk.org users have reported that they strongly believe that the creator of this topic is a scammer shown above my threads
That's because h4ns proved that you scammed him out of 210 Euro. I have not seen the proof, can you please show it? In the other thread you claimed I stole 210 Euro, is scamming and stealing the same criminal offense? You stole 210 euros from h4ns by promising to refund the money he paid to you and then keeping the money for yourself. In what country? I don't know the laws of every country. I can tell you that 'scamming' is not a criminal offense in most first world countries. The term isn't even defined. Neither is stealing.

Yes, if you are resident in a closed psychiatric clinic, neither theft nor fraud is a criminal offense for you!

Yes, if you are resident in a closed psychiatric clinic, neither theft nor fraud is a criminal offense for you! This is untrue unless you are sharing your own experience. The residency of one in a psychiatric clinic does not have a causative effect on their moral integrity: it is usually the other way around, in which a mental condition affects one's morals, such as a case in which one decides to steal money from another and refuses to return the aforementioned funds.

You are in a closed psychiatric clinic and are sane? The residency of one in a psychiatric clinic does not have a causative effect on their moral integrity: In the real world, when you are in a closed psychiatric clinic, then you are of unsound mind! Of unsound mind means criminal incapable!

Here you go https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5183189.0. This is just another red flag, game-protect has huge memory lost lately. Whenever GP ask something which they can't remember, please point them to scam accusation thread to refresh their memory.

It says the substantiation that Game Protect is a scam happened September 3rdMy suspicion substantiated when he asked me to borrow him €10. For the second time (September 3rd). But in my profile https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=874254 it says a scam happened July 2019 h4ns alleges: game-protect violated a written contract, resulting in damages, in the specific act referenced here. game-protect did not make the victims of this act roughly whole, AND it is not the case that all of the victims forgave the act. It is not grossly inaccurate to say that the act occurred around July 2019. No previously-created flag covers this same act, unless the flag was created with inaccurate data preventing its acceptance. Is September 3rd and July 2019 the same day in separate fantasy dream worlds? Supporters please advise?

Let alone the month of August where most people go for holidays. (You know, when you leave to take a break and rest ? No ?) The facts don't change, the story is the same. What is the definition of "around" in your fantasy world ?

You've been spamming the same thing twice a day on the forum for how long now? You are clearly a scammer and obviously a spammer. If you want me to remove my support for scam-flag answer the simple questions below. I'll make them yes-or-no questions to make it easy on you. 1) Did you receive money from h4ns as he claims? 2) Did you promise to return the money if you were unable to get a settlement for h4ns? 3) Did you fail to get a settlement for h4ns? 4) Did you refuse to return his payment as promised? If the answer to all these questions is "yes," then you deserve the scam-flag, and my support will remain. If the answer any one of these questions is "no," then be prepared to provide proof. If you claim the answer to any one of these questions is "no" and can provide valid proof, then I will remove my support for the scam-flag. If you claim the answer to any one of these questions is "no" but can't provide proof, then my support for the scam-flag will remain, and you can proceed to shutting the fuck up. Deal?

GP mentioned it here: 2) I refunded the 210€ September 3rd with reducing it from the compensation demand for damage caused by h4ns's defamation campaign.
GP wouldn't "reduce" 210€ if they resolved case, this is just confirmation that they didn't resolve anything and they didn't refund money.

Deal?
When did the scam happen? Sorry, couldn't resist Channeling GP? It couldn't be that he's so predictable, lol. I know, it's too much to ask to have an actual discussion that may lead to resolution. Usually I have him on ignore, but after four straight days of Maggiordomo notifying me that I was mentioned by him I had to peak. Really, I should know better.

@ DireWolfM14 You support that a scam happened July 2019! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=874254At what day did the scam happen and how? If your brain is not able to answer this question, then any further conversation is senseless! If you first publicly support a scam accusation and afterwards start to investigate what happened, then you are a criminal!

What day?
Why don't you tell us: when did you decide to not pay h4ns his 210 euro back? Perhaps we're wrong. Perhaps you didn't scam him in April, or July, or September. Maybe it was something like June 3, after breakfast. Please tell.

At what day did the scam happen and how? One of those days during the Earth's Holocene era. You don't deny that the scam happened, just that it didn't happen on the date h4ns said it did, which is irrelevant. The how is simple; you promised to refund the money, then didn't. You're reluctance to answer my four simple questions is all I needed to justify my support the scam-flag. So, feel free to shut the fuck up. Any minute now sweetheart.

Is this scam accusation Game-Protect.com did not refund my money and stopped replying to my emails addressed to a separate fantasy dream world? If so, please make it not reachable from the real world!
