Is there anyone out here facing same fate in bounties like I do?
Many bounties I've promoted ends up in delays one after the other and I'm getting tired of it ,I've been promoting projects since march 2018 and so far I can't say I have something to show for it . All I have is token value in ICO/IEO price ,no listed on exchanges..

There are indeed far too many bad projects. And even good ICOs/IEOs don't get the funds as easy as in the past.
One big problem is also that most bounty hunters don't do a minimal check on the project/team.

that is you and it's not me. look at those people were participating in the bounty and they have done a good research about that. some people got big money from harmony and not only that those who participated in PPT and aidus bounty have been getting the big money too. But i think its better that you join a bointy project that has already its token listed on an exchange so that you would be satisfied and also join in those bounties that already reached soft cap so that your work would be able to pay.

It must be your 'lesson learned' situation. A lot of people who devastated by altcoins especially those who started on the bull run 2017, not even you as bounty hunter, since you got  that tokens by your time only without investing your money to get that since it much worst and hurt for those people who invest and get that tokens, think about it.

But still, there are some bounty tokens before that it is really profitable once you sold the token after they reward it. I think you regret some of your decision before, like not selling the tokens you got on bounties, and wait for it to rise, right?

I am sure there is. If I may suggest, before joining a project to promote through a campaign, it's better if you look at some aspects that I think are important, such as the team that manages the project.

But the problem is that the bounty is listed on exchange often pool their value above USD is not big, can be said to be very small. My experience is that before I join, check that it is the official bounty of the team. Because there are many bounty after finishing not being paid for that reason

I think it's a mistake to join a project without first checking the team's whitepaper and also manager's history,This indeed happens very often especially in campaigns with fairly large prizes, As a lesson we must be more careful before joining a campaign project

Unfortunately, majority of bounty in 2018/2019 are time waster. Just imagine a bounty running for about a year and at the end of the campaign nothing to show for your time and efforts, sincerely it's nothing but frustration of the highest order, i think it's time for hunters to look for something better to do maybe trading.

Imho signature campaigns that pay in Bitcoin are not in the same category with ICO/IEO bounties.
The signature campaigns paying in Bitcoin have a history of steady payments.

I've had similar from 2018 onwards. I had some good ones back in 2017, but that time of ICO fever seems to be over now. If you want quick profit, it might be worth looking at if there are any bounties for the Binance IEOs, these are the ones that look like having quick price increases when they hit exchanges. Other than that it's probably just look for those that have good long-term potential, and then just hold your coins.

That's a good advise if you are a bounty hunter who still believe that ICO coins will once again rise.
 
Working with less reward is not so inspiring but if you keep that reward and you think of the possible good things that will happen in the future, then for sure you will not complain, instead, you will enjoy what you are doing.

Just move on mate. There is no point thinking about these past bounties and being stressed. There are plenty of options for you to choose from. It is a good time to start looking at established projects that are offering referral rewards. Projects like COSS exchanges COSSmonaut program. The real trick in joining bounties is to find the best projects that has the most potential for success by conducting an adequate research on it on whether it has good fundamentals or not. I think events like this happen a lot and almost all bounty hunters experience this. Delay is still more than the project we are promoting is a scam and if the project continues, we are still getting paid

Don't expect too much from bounties. In the first place, when you started your bounty here, there really is no guarantee that you will gain much from it. Same here, I do not expect too much from my bounties. I just joined discussions here, drop my 2 cents every once in a while, and read some responses. If we gain something from our signatures or other efforts, that would be a bonus already.

it's your fault because  you didn't even make your own research in the first place before promoting a project. Lesson learned! Because if you didn't bear it on your mind. I am actually surprised that you had held out for so long. I stopped participating in bounties more than a year ago. The last one in which I had participated was the ADAB exchange, which turned out to be a scam, similar to many before that. Until there is a solid mechanism here to protect the bounty hunters, there is no point in participating in such campaigns. Else you can try your luck with campaigns being run by projects which are already listed, such as Veil.

You can see if the project you are following is still running or the developer is still doing their work. see also their social media and web accounts if they are still active, maybe the payment is indeed being locked. or indeed there is no payment for bounty. the point is clearly the developer attitude towards the bounty, whether to get a payment or not.

Yeah before,, when new projects appeared not as much now and scammers still haven't moved much towards crypto. Bounty is not poisoned yet at that time. Now, it's different, we must be smart to overcome this, by doing other things that can add an income, such as trading that you do.

I have different coins came from the rewards into ICO/IEO one of this coins isn't listed in the exchange but the other is listed in the exchange but lower value(shitcoins) most probably until now I keep it all coins I have and sooner hoping my rewards coins become expensive coins in the market cap.
Great decision moving on the past experience and there so many ways  how to earn profits crypto. ICO/IEO very profitable but need to know and learn well the project before joining specially the team behind the project to makes sure the project is legit not scamm.

You are not the only one who suffered from that delays. There are a lot of bounty hunters who are sacrificing their efforts and time but ended up delays of distributing and listing the tokens in an exchange. I, too once expecienced that. They keep promising the reward tokens will be released after TGE but one year has passed and I disregard my hope and move on. It is not worth our time and effort. We may learned that choosing appropriate ICO projects is the only thing we should do to avoid these kind of scam projects.

If they are not listed in any exchange, there's no way for you to sell it and take the money from your effort. Yes, you need to move on and look for something better on where you can exert your time and effort that will be appreciated much.

Well, that goes the same for me too. But I'm still not giving up on promoting because I think that the main reason of the delays is that we're still on the bearish market and the time for the bulls to run again is near.

I am sure that is happening to many others and they still continue for what they did before because they are sure that some project will give them a profit in the long term. Yes, we are seeing many projects delays their reward to the participant but that doesn't mean that all of the projects do the same as them. Perhaps, among the other project, there will be a good project which is consistent to give the update about the project and they will give the rewards to the participants. But we don't have to give up and we need to search the other project which has the potential to get success in the future.

There is always a challenge in everything, and you don’t have to give up completely but rather face these challenges. While you are bitter and complaining of not having one single project that has favored you, we have some people that has given proof of participating in some projects that has favored them too, I know we have so many bad projects now, but it cannot be bad for you not to have at least 5 goods projects out of every 15.

If you are not getting any, then you need to look deep into yourself too and see if there are things that you are doing or getting wrong yourself, Probably you focus more on picking projects randomly to promote rather than first making a research on them first, and this is where the mistake starts from, you have to be at least 80 percent certain of what you are promoting before going for it.

That could be correct but being in a campaign also requires some luck, there's a big competition in the market currently and those who have more success are those who does not have a bounty program, specifically the IEO in Binance, it's a big challenge for us bounty hunters, but no giving up here.

That is a harsh experience and you must learn from it, choose the proper bounties by conducting a prior research before joining, choose the projects that means business, no delays on roadmaps or whatever, don't just join then suddenly fall.

I am one of many bounty hunters that still loyal and faithful in bounty. I think there are so many bounty that fall from the scam. But for me I don't choose bounty that will offer so good salary. I will go for the realistic offer. Because if we attract to the very good offer I think this will be fall to our loss.

You are not the only one who has encountered such challenges. I am equally involved in disappointments by bounty projects I have promoted too .A lot of those projects kept on posting in  their telegram that they will list on exchanges very soon but up till now, there has not been fulfilment of those promised. As a matter of facts, I participated in a particular bounty project last year and up till now, they are yet distribute tokens to their members. Everytime on their telegram, they will say they are working on product development. Those that have even given out tokens are not ready to list on good exchanges. One needs not to be weighed down as a result of that but to rather keep moving. So many promising projects are out there to benefit from.Try and search on those good projects and move on in order to be able to recover from previous losses.

I also have coins that aren't traded on exchanges after ICO and there are many projects that delay payments for bounty. 2018 was a very bad year for all crypto industry, not only for bounty campaigns. This year situation is changing and I have already received coins from several bounty projects. I hope that situation with bounty will change for better.

That's a good option, trading comes with risk unlike bounty which is a non risk, but we need to make a decision if we want to continue earning.
Trading is more like a job that requires skills to be successful, but if we have been here in crypto for quit a long time, I'm sure the love is already there, we just need to study a bit and embrace this new journey, note.. we can still do bounty at the same time.

This often happens to bounty hunters where when the ICO project ends in a delay in the distribution of their tokens, something may happen that makes them delay to distribute them and when you get tokens from the bounty most are not listed on the exchange, so what makes it what we do is in vain. Maybe not all ICO projects are like that, maybe you should analyze more in an ICO project before participating in it.

Trading is a good place but yes you are correct there's a big risk if you'll going to take your part without knowing / learning quite a bit deeper, there's chances that you can earned big amount of profits when you invest with the right project and in the right time, you can learn everything by reading and watching informational videos and write ups about this venue of investment.

to be honest, you're a new person in the bounty and enter when the cryptocurrency is red, new people will usually get bored if they don't produce anything this is a natural thing, but believe there are still many bounty projects that pay even though currently the income is very low compared to 2016 and 2017.  my suggestion is don't back down in bounties

That is the case for most bounty hunters as well, since the last bubble burst icos have had significant troubles getting enough financing, which is understandable taking into consideration that most of them are scams, so most bounty hunters are paid with tokens that have no value and even if you are lucky enough to promote a project that gets enough funding most of the time we see the developers trying to cheat bounty hunters by paying them only a fraction of what they were promised or in some extreme cases they do not pay them at all.

You arent the only one who do experience such problem yet this do pertains with all hunters in the market.ICO's become shit and its mainly affecting the bounty hunting profit making.
There are still various projects to look for but it would really act like on finding a needle on a haystack which means it would required in depth research in regards with projects potential for long term.Its up to you if you decide to proceed or not yet you have known the risk behind bounty hunting.

I think that happens often and many bounty hunters experience it. There are many projects that have finished or end ICO but have not been listed on the market or waiting for negotiations with the exchanger and the bounty hunter rewards have not been paid. But if the developer team is indeed committed to continuing the project, I think bounty hunter will still be paid by the developer team.

I've lost count of the numerous bounties I took part in since last year that has refused to pay me up till now. Most of them couldn't survive the bear run, and to show that they had to intention to develop they closed down.
