It's on BiHODL.com and it's selling for $0.50 USDT each.  You can mine it on Icemining.ca's pool with TTminer (NVidia) or the OpenCL miner that's on the official site.  You can mine with most cards, I think.

What is the "other listener option" ??

Hello, it's a 'http' option...I think that will be the only option with this pool for the time being, because it is much easier and almost instant as it goes through the http address...e.g. you specify your ip address and port and the pool sends the coins directly to your wallet....Please note that we are expecting a new GUI wallet for Epic cash any day now, that will simplify the process of sending and managing transactions...the pool is almost ready to start sending payments to miners, it's been work in progress for some time now...

BTW I am a community member that has been involved with the project for some time now, and can vouch that this is a good project, my favorite right now, with some great people involved who genuinely care, and want to promote some good causes not just have the best tech around...Good luck..

You need your own publicly visible IP address to receive coins through HTTP Listener. Learn more about our new GUI wallet and how to receive with HTTP Listener here: https://medium.com/epic-cash/epic-cash-gui-wallet-tutorial-3992690f9d9

I downloaded GUI wallet but when I want to "Open Http listener to recieve" i get an info like this : "Listener is now running on localhost:3415. However your ip is not reachable by the internet user. Try transaction file"

Does it mean I can't receive the Epic coins with my current internet provider ?

Hello kaszebe1, you CAN receive it through http, but first you will need to open your port 3415 (I have two additional ports forwarded also for mining and transactions = 3414, 3416)....

The way to do that is through your isp router, go to its login page which is usually 192.168.0.1 and then find port forwarding rules, and forward port 3415...and those two I mentioned if you need them...Then check with canyouseeme.org if it is open...

You also need to have your epic node/server running on the same machine where your wallet is, and to change epic-miner.toml. If you are using windows, it's located in this folder C:\Users\YourUserName\.epic\main...

Find #host IP for wallet listener, change to "0.0.0.0" to receive epics
and change it to api_listen_interface = "0.0.0.0"

Now you can receive your lovely Epic cash...

I hope this helps.

I do not know why you are forcing your community on Telegram and some other channels and neglecting the Bitcointalk forum. Bitcointalk is certainly the largest mining site and the largest crypto base. As such, it deserves much more attention. How many people have heard of your Telegram chat and how much of the Bitcointalk forum? I think that the active thread on the Bitcointalk forum is of great importance and there must be constant support in its direction.

Hello Lucky - Luciano, you are absolutely right. I want to have as much communication as possible with our members and potential ones right here...I love bitcointalk, that's where I discovered Epic cash in the first place...I just could not find an answer for jacskluter, and thought maybe he could find it faster in there...but Telegram is really not the best platform for this kind of thing, I agree with you...I asked our community to increase our activity here, because this is THE place to be, to make us visible and test our ideas and communicate with both, our members and the public...thanks for reminding me about it...

Without a community, this project has no chance.
Their translators were not paid. Very negative point to the project.

Now i see on canyouseeme.org a statement : "Success: I can see your service on xxx.xxx.25.47 on port (3415)
Your ISP is not blocking port 3415"

But i still cant withdraw epics from icemining.ca . When i put my address with port and a correct password the button "submit payment" still remains inactive .  I have a confirmed balance of 0.25 epic on icemining.ca.

Hello Harold, you are absolutely right. Strong and thriving community is the key to any success in the crypto world. If that does not exist, project cannot really succeed. I think we are definitely making good progress on that front, our community is now growing steadily thanks to the efforts of our members who are working hard to put our message across to the public.

The last thing that we would need are accusations that someone was scammed or something similar. Let me assure you that the Epic team, which does those operational decisions, are made of some honorable and decent people, I can personally vouch for that from my experience as a community member who has been involved with the project for some time now. As a matter of fact the team would go to a great length to listen and be inclusive, and to make everyone happy, and from my point of view the team has shown some incredible patience and good will towards our members and the public who would sometimes be critical, rightly or not, for whatever reason...

I would not hesitate for a second, to recommend anyone interested to join our community and test this by himself, or herself...

Now I do not have any facts or info about that particular situation, whether it was resolved and what really happened etc... but knowing what I know right now I am confident that the team would not be looking to damage our reputation in any way, let alone to act dishonorably...I will try to investigate this on my end as a community member, to clear any potential doubts about it...

In the meantime I would like to invite everyone to our community to see for themselves...

Hello kaszebe1, I am glad that it's working now. The pool has just announced in our forums that there might be some positive movements regarding the payments tomorrow. We are all impatient to see this final technical hurdle be removed so that all miners, myself included, can get their lovely epic cash coins into their accounts...

I think we should also start updating this forum here with the news from the pools regularly to keep our members and public up to date with everything...

Team has paid the amount to the translation agency as far as I know. Now it's a problem with the translation agency, Epic team isn't anymore responsible for it.
Why don't you use escrow before starting the work? Isn't it your duty to make your fund safe?

The most important question is why do we need EPIC?  Do they have a serious platform and options for real use?  By the way, some leading exchanges oppose anonymous cryptocurrencies.  How do Epic developers intend to solve this problem?
