Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Hello,

I use Blockchain.com wallet service to notify me when there are funds coming to one of my addresses and the nice part is that I can put only the address there (view only mode) and it does the job. I am notified when the transaction is initiated (so 0-confirmations).
Unfortunately I don't know of a service that e-mails when funds are leaving your wallet...

Blockonomics' Wallet Watcher will do this: https://www.blockonomics.co/views/wallet-watcher.html

You can create an account for free with just your email address, add the addresses you want to watch, and it will email you when any coins are being received or sent. A free account will let you monitor up to 50 addresses. You can purchase a higher limit if you need it for for a small monthly fee (or I guess you could also make another account using a different email address).

You could combine software that monitors webpages (such as visualping) with a block explorer (such as blockchain.com). Once you've set it up, you'll receive an email when there's a change.

This service also claims to do exactly that; notifying you whenever a transaction is seen going in/out your wallet/adresses.

Not sure how secure it is, so never import more than your xpub, and really for privacy reasons you ideally only want to import individual adresses.. - https://blockpath.com/wallets/local/101?action=appemail
Haven't tested it, but the UI doesn't seem to indicate that there's a max amount of adresses you can import.

Yes its possible if you know some programming, python is preferred.

I have a python script which checks a data file with a list of watch only adresses, and then for each mined block it checkes against the list. We run a node locally.

As per your second question, some other fellow bitcointalk users has pointed out a few services like blockchain.

Possible: yes.
Easy: not so sure.

This service offers SMS notifications, but it'll cost you a bit probably. https://www.cryptotxalert.com/#service
This one is free but looks a bit funky https://cryptocurrencyalerting.com/wallet-watch.html

I haven't tried either of them so i'm not sure if they sell your data etc. Take care.

If you can get an email sent then yes you can get an SMS.

Most (all?) phone providers have an email to SMS gateway.

Here are a few, a Google search should help you find yours.

https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/wireless/KM1061254?gsi=t4eh1p

https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/text-messaging-faqs/

Here is a list that may or may not be accurate but it's a place to start:

Add the public key in the blockchain.com wallet and you will receive a notification each time money are going to that specific address

If I'm not wrong, you can simply do that by visiting the Preferences part and set the notifications on and after that, each time your wallet has any activity done, it'll immediately send a message to your number as well as an email to the mail you've set. I used this website around 2 years back (blockchain.info probably) but as of now, I don't know how's it going on there nowadays.

Moreover I tryed visualping.io and https://www.blockonomics.co/views/wallet-watcher.html and both didnt work. Blockonomics didnt send me an email although I made a test payment to the watched adress. And visualping need $ to watch even each hour (!) for changes...

So do some of you have a real free working service for just 1 btc adress without being a pro?

Thank you a lot!!

I am currently using Blockonomics Wallet Watcher (without paying for a subscription), and can confirm it absolutely does work. Are you sure your entered your email correctly? Did you go to the "Settings" tab and enable the check box entitled "Subscribe to transaction notification email"?

Furthermore, you don't actually need to make a transaction yourself to test if it is working. Just go to https://blockstream.info/tx/recent, find a couple of transactions with high fees which will get confirmed in the next block, and add the addresses from them to your watch list within Blockonomics.

Sorry, but maybe there is some bot for a telegram that informs about the balance and transactions, if there is one, please share it.

There is. I use one called @MagnumNotifierBot which alerts you every time you receive/spend anything from your addresses and lets you see a list with their balance.

And it supports a lot more coins than BTC (ETH, XRP, BCH, LTC, BSV, TRON, DOGE, etc...).

Most likely you have to use web wallet (third party wallet) if you like to get sms or email notifications. As far as I know you can't make any transaction without email verification from coinpayment wallet. Also you will get notification is someone make any deposit on your wallet. They will send verification mail with transaction details. And you have to click verification link from mail. So obviously you are getting email verification. Coinbase also have sms verification for transaction, so you will get sms notification.

Thank you guys!

But is it also possible to get a SMS on my mobile phone if a transaction of a certain btc adress took place?

I once made an overview of recommended crypto telegram bots:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5142352

Tracktxbot will send you notification for each incoming transaction. I also use it myself.

Simply most of the wallet notify their user during releasing or receiving fund from anywhere. In some cases users have to enable this feature from his wallet notification setting area. Coinbase, blockchain, coinpayments are providing this email notification system for their users. You will also be able to see this kinda similar features on some exchanges where they ask for email confirmation for withdrawal. As far as i know bittrex, c-cex and some others provide this kinda service for their users. Its a verification process by which they take permission from account owners.
