Well I was gonna stay out of this and simply not respond but now I just can't help myself. We keep running around in circles and circles and it's beyond annoying now. Nobody wants this coin at 1.2BTC. We all understand that you feel it's worth that yet the marketplace CLEARLY disagrees. So you're beyond annoying most of us at this point. I'll take this coin off your hands for 0.90BTC if you want to sell it. I'm now backing out of my first offer of 1.07BTC because I'm not happy with that anymore(That appears to be the common thread here no pun intended ). I feel I should get it for 0.90BTC. Full escrow with MJ. Seriously man just do whatever you need to do on eBay but nobody here is ever gonna buy your coin for more than 1.05BTC at best IMO at which point if you're selling at that price then Lesbian Cow absolutely should have dibs on it at that 1.05BTC. If you don't want to deal with LC because they don't get back to you quick enough then you have my bid now which is a strong 0.90BTC due to the annoyances associated with it.

I don’t think “scam” is quite the right word here but given the repost on eBay and the suspicions all around I think if everyone is okay with it, we simply void the auction and start over.  However, if that would result in me or the seller getting flagged and never being able to buy/sell on this forum again, then I am willing to buy at the agreed upon price of 1.07 and then go through a careful escrow process to complete the transaction.

To be clear, I offered you higher prior to this auction beginning not after it started nor ended.  Once you began this auction you committed to sell to the highest bidder in the auction.  You accepted shadalloin's bid when you quoted them as the high bidder.  You owe shadallion the coin at the auction ending high bid of 1.07.  Anything else is unacceptable.

Edit to add timeline from my end:  GTA24 listed the scratched up coin for sale.  I sent PM offering 1.2 btc. They declined that offer and began an auction at 1.2 btc.  Auction had no bids.  GTA24 then sent me a message saying they would take my 1.2 btc, I declined and counter offered at 1.1xx.  They declined.  They then began another auction which shadallion won at 1.07 btc.  GTA24 then sent me a message offering me the coin at 1.1xx.  I ignored as auction had ended with shadallion winning.

The part for me that is neg worthy is the auction winning at 1.07 and then the subsequent pm asking for the auction winner to pay 1.1xx.  Lulz imagine winning something on Ebay then getting a message asking you to pay a couple hundred $ more than what you won it for

What kind of shit you smoking?  Didnt the auction winner confirm on page 3 of this thread that you asked for more bitcoin than what the auction ended for.  So I'm the dumbass?  Do you not comprehend that I think it is rediculous that the auction ended at 1.07 and you asked for more from the winner.  What part of that do you not get and need translated for you.  That's why I taged you and that's why i or most everyone here will never deal with you.

If you aren’t happy with the price, you should have never listed your Cas  in the first place. That is the risk your take with auctions. I have lost my ass on some items also, but the high  bidder deserves the win, and shouldn’t be fucked with. All your excuses are solved with escrow. I would just lick your wounds, delete your account, and go dick around on Ebay knowing that 50% of the time you get fucked there with scams, thieves , and fees. Just telling it how is it brother, and fucked up what you are trying to pull. Again, good luck ever doing business here again!
