Yep when president of USA write about this means everything is done already and Libra will give big adaptation to crypto so this not another way than win of crypto under fiat we will and this the last stage of the war i think and will win there.
The current hot rumour is Libra seems to be prohibited by the governments there. You see there are a lot of pressure to the Facebook to stop their development of their own Libra coin, seems so many people there are afraid of Libra's existence. What's ridiculous is some people keeps on repeating that Libra will be fluctuative and risky while in fact it is a stablecoin. Those people seems to not get the grasp or understanding of Libra itself.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

it's bullish for price (medium/long term) but it's bearish for crypto regulations. sounds like trump is ready to rubber stamp whatever draconian bill comes down the pipeline from our friends at the FATF.

I can't wait to see something bullish for alts btw..

you might be waiting a while! Lips sealed

I believe that Trump already knows what bitcoin is and he knew also how profitable it is, but he may not like the cryptocurrency itself. The recent tweet of the US president against bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies might become a 2020 election issue according to some reports and if this happen, other would-be candidates for presidency might join the debate.

I also don't think it's a point of bitcoin destruction even though Trump said he wasn't a fan of bitcoin, I don't believe the news articles out there exaggerated to make panic, so come back to think more positively about Trump Tweets

You know when a US President makes statements on Twitter that much and nobody takes it seriously anymore, then you know his days are counted. Yes, he made some huge waves with the trade war statements and the things he said towards North Korea, but he turns on a dime and says the opposite within a few days.

I think he takes a few Whiskeys before he Tweets and then he talks a bit shit on Twitter and the next day his advisors has to repair all the damage and give him direction to post something that would help to do that.  Roll Eyes

Well to be honest it's Trump .
No one cares about what he said , just because he is the president is the reason people actually listen to him .

He said Bitcoins is not money .
Does he really think we don't know that already ?
Bitcoins is more likely an investment which can easily be taken
   And exchanged for money .
It is like gold and share market.

We know what to expect here , that's why we are investing , the market is volatile and it is beneficial for us not otherwise.

Trump's words changed nothing. Yes, the price has fallen, but it is not a significant drop. Too many people believe in bitcoin. Soon the price will return to the previous level. I think now is a good time to buy bitcoin.

I do not think that little bitcoin price drop has anything to do with the trump statement. Bitcoin is bullish and is being adopted quickly. Also now bitcoin prices do no react much to the statements from the presidents or celebrities.

If it's good news, buy the rumor sell the news. If it's bad news, you buy the dip, you buy when others panic.

If something is not important and has no future value or can change the event of play and change our systemic operations, the government will just be silent about it, but when it becomes a major source of concern to the government and big industries, then it's time to be jealous about the outcome because the government major aim is to always control the people. Only the people who really don't know the future of cryptocurrency will be scared about the President's tweet. Funny, the big banks and the big companies that actually control the economy and not necessarily the elected politicians

What's taking place with the market is the regular price fluctuation. Trumps statement has taken bitcoin to the entire world, through this even the unknowns too have come to know about it. This hasn't affected the market anyway, before every level of forward push there will be some momentum gain and the same is taking place at the moment.

Don't fall for this Trump's statement about Bitcoin. This is actually bullish! “Giving attention” to crypto period, tells me it’s game on. Never trade cryptocurrency based on the news and statements like that. Do you remember the statements from the JP Morgan? If you learned something from that, you should seek for every opportunity and buy any dip that comes (if it comes). That's how the big players do their thing. You want to buy cheap coins? Make a negative statement about it and buy cheaper. If you panic sell, they will get your bitcoins before it goes further to the upside. You will be shaked out and kicked out of this train. Don't fall for it. This is bullish in my opinion. Bitcoin clearly got some attention from mr. Trump (or his team) clearly, it's so important that he tweets about it. If it wasn't important he wouldn't bother to write anything about bitcoin. He also didn't say that he is against bitcoin. He just said he is not a fan of btc. A big difference. He likes to change his mind very often on his twitter! Trump has many followers and he mentioned bitcoin to them. Any advertising is a good advertising! So again, don't fall for it. I think you should do the opposite of what the small traders would do in this case. Buy the dip!

Regardless of what he says, I do not actually listen to him. Neither do I care about his lates rants and updates especially with regards to cryptocurrency since this is a field that is beyond the scope of their understanding and knowledge. Although he may be a successful entreprenuer and investor, I doubt that he has the means of understanding cryptocurrency given that he has a country to serve and work for.

His tweets might be viewed as a negative consequence that will further increase the stigma on bitcoin on most people who are not knowledgeable about the subject. This may render negative implications as it will discourage potential investors who are willing to invest their money in cryptocurrencies.

It's so obvious the bull run of bitcoin will begin soon but these whales are so smart they try to spread such informations about Bitcoin to get people to panic sell so that they can buy cheap. The increase in adoption of cryptocurrencies growing day by day as major cryptocurrency exchanges are recording all time highs of bitcoin transactions almost everyday. The future is here folks, hodl.

Well, if we avoid his words, somehow he advertised Btc and we can take it as a good thing Smiley That’s right, all the big players want to buy cheap and they make this kind of negative statements. I think we should learn to stay calm and don’t pay too much attention for this kind of news about crypto and Bitcoin.

Ok. A few days ago, this topic started. In this time bitcoin droped from almost 12.000 to 9000 usd. Yesterday, there was a big and fast increase in price. More than 1000 usd in 30 minutes. 1500 usd increase in 1 hour. In my opinion this was some big player buying. Bought himself position in bitcoin. When he bought up he was probably happy with his position. Because there was no huge buying anymore after the spike. And the price was pretty much consolidating all day and slightly declining. After some time there were a smaller spikes, maybe a smaller players buying their position too. It looks like they are accumulating. If the price goes lower they will probably accumulate more. If the price goes up they will win anyway. It's possible someone took an advantage of this fud and bought a huge position.

Oh sh*t! I forgot he is a businessman after all.
Yeah, they do that.
Making bad statements about an opponent while preparing for their own look alike or a copy of the one they are against.
Good analysis.

He might do it. It may look like the same as what Suckerberg's project it.
I mean he aint really stopping it but more like just holding it to avoid big industries investing with Libra.

I share your opinion and the truth is that we should not get carried away by anyone's opinion, especially in a time where cryptocurrencies have already gained a great reputation and where every day there are new applications that facilitate their use and acceptance to create opportunities for millions of people. people.
