i just wanna ask,
i new here, i do some post, but when i want qoute or post something, there show announcement like "you must wait to your next post, because your account established". Something like that show up when i cklik post.
The question is, how long until my account established? so i can reply/qoute without delay?

I've adjusted the limits to make spamming more difficult.

It is to limit shitposts, so with fewer activity on your account, your limit of posting is much longer.

You must be posting too fast for your account.

To lessen time restriction, you have to increase your activity but it takes about two weeks for forum activity to increase. You already have 26 activities and that means it's going to take you few more weeks to post/comment faster.

Since you are still new, it's better to take time reading valuable information here rather than being concerned with posting restrictions.

why to get merit is so difficult?
Let alone 100 merit, just 1 - 10 merit is very difficult.

You are wrong. The allowable timegap between posts relates to users' activity points, not ranks. In the past (before the appearance of merit system), activity points totally relate to ranks, but it is not the single factor now. A shit poster can get 1000 activity points but might still be a newbie if won't be able to get a single merit.
