Forum members are paid individually to BUMP Beetok thread

Beetok is paying individual Thread bumpers to bump their threads. A well hunch of members who are High rank are involved in this.
The payment are made after bumping of topics.

According to their Discord page:

It's not exactly a scam accusation but you should report the ANN thread to moderators and in the comments add a link to this thread. It seems to be "low effort spam" and it might get them banned.

I cannot consider this as a scam accusations since they are not scamming anyone, and they are paying people to bump their thread, but such project is questionable because they are giving their thread a bad reputation by leaving good reviews when reviews should not be asked and paid.

You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc. You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread.
