Hi. I'm looking for specific coins that utilize proof of work.

With no Premine
With no ICO
With a fair distribution.

I know about a few such as LTC / XMR But i'd like your input on some coins that utilize this. Thanks guys!

There is no such tool or website that will give you a list of no premine or fair distribution coins.

I suggest you check this website https://miningpoolstats.stream
You can see all POW coins there and you can check any coins and under the coin page you can find the links you can check the forum link or info(coingecko or coinmarketcap) to check if the coins has fair distribution and no premine and most of the POW coins are no ICO.

try to see the Zclassic and Zcore projects,
I heard that both projects did not carry out ICO and there were also no premieres,
but unfortunately zcore is POS, I don't recommend buying, but at least I tried to help, because I had time to read on the websites of the two projects, hopefully it helps.

Not a fan of Zcash protocols. Optional privacy and trusted set ups aren't for me. If i want to use privacy coins , definitely would bet big on XMR.

The time for proof of work coins are over so I'd never recommend anyone to go with new POW coins.
The ones you mentioned LTC and XMR could be a decent investment and mining coin. ETH is also a proof of work till now.
Bitcoin is hard to mine but still one of the best investment.
