The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I never used this Arcbit wallet by anyway, in your Electrum software you will see some tabs like History, send etc tab like below: Click the Address tab and you will see list of addresses. Just copy one of these address. If any wallet that does not support this address then something wrong with that wallet. By the way, sometimes some wallet or exchange does not accept segwit address that starts with "bc1" in that case use an address that starts with "1" I means legacy address.

I think that by clicking on Receive an address appear as well. If I am not mistaken, If you copy this address that it is in the Receive button then Bitcoins are transferred to the electrum wallet.

Yes it does but in this case you will only get the unused address from top. You can not have any option to pick an address that you want. But if you go to the address tab then you can pick any address from the list to send out. By the way, I think in this case the OP has something to do with segwit address. May be the wallet he was trying do not support segwit address that starts with "bc1".

when i read on wiki https://wiki.trezor.io/Apps-ArcBitthat ArcBit does not support SegWit. It is possible to use it only with legacy accounts. You have to seting your electrum address to legacy or put p2pkh: privatekey

You have probably created a "Native SegWit" wallet in Electrum... your addresses probably start with "bc1....". As per the note when you setup an Electrum wallet, not all services/websites/wallets support Native SegWit (aka bech32 aka "bc1") addresses. You will need to create a new wallet, with a new seed... and select the "Legacy" option. Then you will get an address that starts with a "1"... ArcBit should recognise that as valid.

You will need to create a new wallet, with a new seed... and select the "Legacy" option. You don't necessarily need a new seed. You can use an existing seed, click the "options" button, select "BIP39 Seed," and select "legacy (p2pkh)" from the list (or enter the derivation path: <m/44'/0'/0'> for legacy.) You'll have a legacy wallet backed up by the same seed as your Bech32 wallet.

I concur. Additionally, it may also cause confusion if the user attempts to migrate to another wallet... and then wonders why their "BIP39 seed" doesn't work in a BIP39 wallet and shows as invalid! (Because it isn't actually a BIP39 seed mnemonic, it's still an Electrum "native segwit" seed mnemonic.) If you want to use Legacy with Electrum, you're a lot better off creating a fresh Legacy Electrum seed mnemonic than attempting to "force square pegs into round holes."
