Here is what makes the UCIF investment unlike any other:
When you buy the token, you are buying it from someone that already bought the token; not a company. When you sell the token, you are selling to an individual; not a company. The UCIF investment is not owned by an individual. Anyone who buys ,stakes, and sells the token becomes an owner.

That's a poor way to promote a startup altcoin investment first of all people wont get persuaded by this kind of promoting cause they might find this sketchy in fact this UCIF smells shady. So if you really want this coin/project to become successful hire an project manager & escrow. And second of all what makes this UCIF project different than ICOS ?

It's obvious that this was his activity and never stops doing it. But I don't think that they're going to hire someone that will ever make the project good because they're doing it on their own. And from my perspective, projects like this will find it difficult to emerge on this bear market because most of the projects are stopping.

Why would guys like him stop anyway? The ocean is big and there are plenty of people greedy enough to think it might work, and then they put some money in. Doesn't have to be much but if he snares a few people, it's enough for him to think hey, it works. Then he does it again and new fools are born every single day. We just have to stop being greedy but guess what? We all are.

1% per day is a great interest rate that anyone wants to own, plus compound interest, the depositors will quickly get rich. But you think, how can that business pay people when we are not sure what UCIF's operation is to make a profit? Large companies in the world 1 year only profit about 30% - 50% and the value of stocks also increased at the same rate. such as Microsoft, Facebook, Google, Apple, ... and I also do not encourage people to send money to financial institutions like UCIF, it is definitely a clear scam.

I would hire a professional to promote this if I could afford it. The guys at Coinmarketcap want a minimum of 5k just to advertise on their site. I'm saving up it. UCIF was different because it was an STO not a ICO. Fully decentralized and autonomous dApp.

UCIF has no overhead. It's just a dApp. The dividends come from the dividend pool when the dApp was created.

This is how simple the UCIF.io investment is:
1- buy the tokens 2- stake the tokens 3- come back 24 hours later and withdraw the dividends 4- sell the dividends 5- repeat 3 and 4

I have questions as to where the money comes from to pay the dividends on this project. It seems to me like one big ponzi scheme. Will there be more funds whenever the first round of funds runs dry? If so, where are these funds coming from? Do the funds come from the selling of tokens on the exchange?

The tokens can only be traded for TRX in the TRX Auction House http://trxah.trade/

Makes that token pretty much worthless if it can't be traded anywhere else besides trxah.trade and it's not working.. Kind of hoping no one invested in this shill attempt that has been going around on here for a while now.
