Of course, you have taken the path of least resistance, since you can have good profits with minimal risks, since the highest-rated cryptocurrencies have very good prospects and are always relevant for investors.  But from the point of view of increasing profits as a percentage and for a shorter time, you can consider investments in other projects, but for this you need to conduct a very thorough Technical analysis and at the same time choose not only those projects in whose prospects only speculators are interested, but  and those projects in which society is really interested.

Yes, you are right. But we should have a diversified portfolio for our investment.
Now here a diversification I mean to mixture of new coins as well as old coins.
So even if something goes wrong with new coins(more chances today), we have backup of old coin's investment to protect at least half of the investment.

Most of the time you do not even need to look that far to see if it is a scam. People can just be greedy and not read. Bounty hunters just join at random so I am not surprised scams are still around. Put most of your funding into projects that are established or have serious plans to become so in the close future. Never let it be the far future because too many times that never arrives.

some crypto that has the top rank in my opinion have the hope to be invested in the long term but must with its own research so you can find targets for these benefits. although I am sure it will be profitable but if I don't do the research, the profit could be a loss in the time of holding with the investment

for a bounty hunters yes , they often got scammed and i dont think they care because that is thier choice at the first place  . majority of them only pick a random project and hoping/praying that it will be succesful  .  if they fail , thats still okay because they didnt invest any amount aside from thier time but for a real investor they must be verry picky and allocate more time on research because they use thier own money to invest   . who would want to loose thier money ?

Indeed. I agree that the portfolio you should make is solid according to its project. The solid the portfolio and project is, the higher the probability of making more money. It is good to have solid portfolio for you to have easy earning and lower probability of losing money. Holding and waiting for the right time that the value of the coin rise up, thats the right time you should sell it. Patience is the key to every successful trader and investors. Do not panic selling because you are the one losing money if you do that.

But it is very difficult to choose the life changing coins. Every year we have few new coins in the top 100 but who can really predict which coin is going to be in this list? I would tell that it is a luck and not a skill.

Yes that's right. You should always look for crypto projects with a product. This factor will give more chances that the crypto project will be successful and will be able to give you good earnings. In my practice, there has already been such a case when a crypto project gave me the opportunity to earn a good enough amount of money for me.
