IEO vs ICO my opinion, tell me yours

IEO is much more prioritize of the investors now, while ICO still not good impact in the eyes of the majority community in this crypto industry.
But of course, we sill need to be careful because not all IEO exchange is guaranteed to say that the project will succeed at the end of course not all the time.

For those that have been around in the Cryptocurrency market for a pretty long time the question to invest in IEOs or ICOs has been the main discussion point in 2019.
For some especially on “bitcointalk” it is clear that they won't invest in IEO anymore. After I have followed lots of discussion on bitcointalk i realized that people have moved on. It is a clear that people invest in IEOs as the platforms will evaluate the projects and give the investor the feeling of security.
Nevertheless i have observed a trend. The numbers in the ICO market have been declining but stayed fairly stable in 2019. The main reason for moving on to IEOs was the astonishing amount of scams that had flooded the market, since it was easy to make a lot of money.
This move to IEOs has something good. I believe that as harder it gets to hold an ICO as more the projects have to do to convince potential investors. Scammers want easy money and my hope is that the ICO market will come back slowly. Projects that will hold an ICO have to invest more time to convince people.
I sadly had to accept that those who scammed investors destroyed the dream of projects with little money that have great ideas. To hold an ICO and build a community of investors around it is a great way to fund your project without going to big VC firms. Unfortunately those you scammed investors destroyed the ICO market till now and it will take a lot of time to recover.
I have accepted that IEOs are currently the way to fund a project. The only thing that worries me is the power we give those exchanges. Is it really god idea to give that much power to exchanges in the cryptomarket.

Of course what is desired is not loss, everyone wants to follow a safe program. As time goes by technology is advancing with all of its innovations, not least in the crypto world, where previous trends are rife with scam cases. With the emergence of new trends that are more specific and of course good security, participants will automatically switch according to what they think is good for the future.

IEO has been a big name this year, and ICO has almost died. Yes, I agree that IEO is more likely legit compare to ICO, but before we invest in everything, it is more important to do our own research, we should not be procrastinate in spending a certain amount of our time in searching for the right one to invest our hard earned money.

It is better to be safe rather than risking our money without any action in our part.

This is really a very hot topic this year. Many people are still investing in ICO and some are investing in the IEO. So, everyone still has confidence in the ICO and certainly more for the IEO. I really don't look at the ICO or the IEO, because if the project I invest in is good, it will certainly have an impact on the value of my investment.

ICO and IEO both have their own advantages and disadvantages, but I see IEO better than ICO because the developers are directly selling tokens to Exchange and investors will be more confident they can directly buy the tokens in the market.

Absolutely right, also i think now comparatively IEO's is better than ICO's. There are no advantages in ICO's in the current market. Because majority of the ICO's going scam and faild to reach success. But right now also many IEO's is big flopped such as BlueNote,Files FM,CMA,TeraWatt they can't make market liquidity. And a lot of failed for the launched in the dead exchanges.

I like investing with ICOs project, don't care about how long waiting for listing coin because have road map for all ICO project for pre sale until main sale, I always buy in pre sale time because many ICO give higher bonus more than 50% for every investor buy ICOs coin on pre sale time, I will sell all it when active for trading my coin and my bonus coin

Are you still investing in ICO projects If we are talking about ICOs, sometimes even taking into account bonuses, the price of the token when it appears on the exchange is lower than the price at which you bought, and even in the future it may not increase. Therefore, I consider IEO a less risky way to invest in projects.

If have good manager IEO and ICO good for investing, not have different way how to earn money with ICO or IEO because both of them is the investment kinds, just have little way with IEO short time for listing and ICO have long time for active trading. Until now, ICO has rarely appeared, and I think investors are now more confident in the IEO project than ICO. it's natural to think like that, considering that there are so many ICOs that make investors disappointed.

I myself will even choose IEO over ICO now. although we can see the potential in the project, if a project has the same potential, I will choose IEO. people will definitely think the same as what I think about this.

ICO means Initial coin Offering and IEO means Initial Exchange offering. Two are very different from each other. I think IEO are a bit better because they atleast provide you security that you will get an opportunity to sell your coins and you would get something in return if it's priced much lower than the IEO price.

IEO clearly wins this year but it barely sustain the momentum for more than six months. I remember how aggressive the buyers in the first IEOs in binance just like the old ICOs. IEO is better than ICO. IEO is already in the exchange so there is no need to worry about buying and selling the coin after the sale. ICOs can be really annoying since they need a lot of time before they can set all up since they need to apply to exchanges for listing and it will take at least a few weeks before they get listed while IEO are straight up in the exchange and the only thing that you need to worry about is what price will you sell.

We can't trust those exchanges that was created by an IEO platfrom unless those legit exchanges that's mentioned here was initiating the project. Apparently the differences of the two type of offerings whether ICO or an IEO, their advantages is really degrading the reputation of crypto. New potential holders and investors probably won't give their 100% confidence on crypto now, thinking that it was just a waste of money and effort once there's no positive outcome particularly on profit gains after project participation.

For sure we are giving power to exchanges that are holding those IEOs, but on the other hand, solid exchanges are helping us to avoid scammers, because it would harm exchanges much more than regular users, so in my opinion it is pretty fair.

I thought that IEOs are going to replace ICOs completely and basically exactly this happened during the last several months. But the strange thing is that even Binance IEOs are not giving profit right now. The last IEO ended with 1,15x profit.

To determine which is the best IEO with ICO, it cannot be based on the system. but actually seen from the team of the project. because now there are many after IEO and ICO, the price of free fall and not worth it. all are now returning from the project and the team whether they intend to develop or not.

I never pray for ICO to return unless scammers are dealt with, IEO works better and more reliable than ICO and its more harder for scammers to scam using IEO projects unless they build the exchange that the scam project fund raising will happen too, if investors stay tight with top exchanges for IEO investment there will be no problem
