and KYC doesn't really work that way, if a casino say "KYC may be required for withdrawals over X ETH," that would imply there is no KYC for withdrawals under X amount, which would be not true and misleading.
if you check the majority of casinos terms of service, you will see that KYC can be asked at any time and for any reason. could be before you can even play, on your first deposit, a $10 cashout or never.
