Now two experienced batsmen like Shanto and Mushfiqur are at the crease. These two batsmen are at the crease after collecting 19 and 35 runs respectively. Bangladesh has collected 257 runs, the team has already secured a lead of 30 runs. If a pair can bat responsibly, then Bangladesh will be able to secure a lead of close to 200. It is really boring to watch Bangladesh bat. I don't think of their batsmen as anything but idiots now. Bangladesh lost their fourth wicket for 259 runs. The top order batsmen batted responsibly. Bangladesh lost their seventh wicket for 279 runs.

The top order played very responsibly. If the middle order batsmen had played well, Bangladesh could have easily taken a lead of 150 runs. Now Bangladesh is ahead by 63 runs. Bangladesh might be able to take a lead of 100-120 runs. Bangladesh might be able to win the match. But they won't be able to dominate the match and win.

At the end of second days play, Bangladesh has got a lead of 64 runs and still 3 more wickets left. Zimbabwe downfall started when Nick Welch was retired hut, only two wickets were fallen at the time and score was 162 but after that Zimbabwe lost 8 wickets for just 65 runs. It was a great opportunity for Zimbabwe to win a test series but now things are under Bangladesh control. To win this test and series, Zimbabwe need to bat exceptionally well in second innings while Bangladesh has done good job so far to level the home test series.

Last session creating good problems for batters in two days game but still both teams are inconsistent while Bangladesh have good stand but sadly fail to took advantage and now having 291 for 7 with 64 runs lead I was expecting good batting with 400+ but sadly batsmen fail to keep things on balance.

From 194 for 2 to 291 for 7 is not good end of day for host Bangladesh even still they can manage their lead into three figures which could be also good but Zimbabwean bowlers doing good job and having good breakthroughs on right time Mehidy Hasan Miraz and Tajul are decent batters so now its on them how they will do on third day's first session. This test is going to be interesting because now it's all on Zimbabwe how they will bat in second inning which is going to be important for them and their chances to win this series after having unexpected win in first test match at Sylhet.

Bangladesh good comeback in bowling and batting of first inning, first they bowled out Zimbabwe under 230 runs after a wonderful start of Zimbabwe team. Bangladeshi openior Shadman Islam scored a well deserved century and out after scoring 120 runs that assist Bangladesh to take a lead in first inning. From Zimbabwe only Vincent Masekesa bowl some amazing spell pciked the most three wickets so far and they need just 2 more wickets to complete five wicker haul.. Bangladesh current score 291 runs in a loss of seven wickets at the end of day 2 and lead by more then 40 runs. If Bangladesh successfully give a lead of 100 plus runs then thier chances of winning this test match is high but if tomorrow Zimbabwe early picked wickets and bowled out Bangladesh under 300 runs then Zimbabwe will be back in this test match.
