The partnership between KL Rahul and Mohammed Siraj added 47 valuable runs (of which the latter added 5 runs). These runs may prove to be critical in the end. The pitch conditions are definitely challenging for batting. South Africa have so far scored 138 runs for 3 wickets with the game still underway and Elgar continues the batting for South Africa with 82 runs. Africa are in a slightly better position, it is not clear which way the match is going, but India can come back with their strong bowling line-up.

Australia lost 6/68 this morning and Marnus Labuschagne was the only Australian batsmen who scored fifty. Good agressive batting start from Pakistan. Bothe openers gone for 124 runs. Shan Masood is at crease with Babar Azam. The both need to stay on the pitch till stumps and if does happen then Pakistan had a good chance of taking lead in first innings.

Warner scored 38 runs in 83 balls, U. Khawaja scored 42 runs in 101 balls with five 4s, M.Labuschagne scored 64 runs in 155 balls with five 4s and M.Marsh scored 41 runs in 60 balls with six 4s and one 6s. Other batsman did not batted well. At Pakistan 1 st inning, Pakistan team scored 194 runs in 55 overs and losing 5 wickets. Now Pakistan team trail by 124 runs.

Australia lost the toss and elected to bat and were all out for 318 runs. Pakistan have so far collected 194 runs with the loss of six important wickets after going into bat with a lead of 318 runs given by Australia. Pakistan batsmen could not perform well. Abdullah Shafique and Shan Masood both performed brilliantly and they both put on a huge partnership of 90 runs. Pakistan are still trailing by 124 runs, with just 4 wickets in hand. If the Australian bowlers can get Mohammad Rizwan out early tomorrow then Pakistan will be all out very soon. I think Pakistan will not be able to hold the batting until the first season tomorrow and will be all out. Aamer Jamal and Mohammad Rizwan are at the crease and they should form a good partnership.

The Indian innings have been finished, and Rohit Sharma is the player from India who lost his wicket against South Africa in this match and when he lost his wicket his team's runs were 13 and he was out on 4.6 overs, and after this Yashasvi Jaiswal also lost his wicket and when he was out his team runs were 23 and he was out on 9.4 overs.

Yeah, it did get better but Bumrah and Siraj looked very threatening, Proteas were lucky to not lose at least 3 wickets in the first hour. Siraj did go overboard in the last session but Boom was phenomenal throughout the day.

I did notice Rohit chirping in his (Krishna) ears every now n then tho so not sure if that's the case. Elgar deserves all the credit, this guy always manages to shit on us most of the time when he plays at home and when things are tough.

With the help of Kl Rahul's 101, India managed to collect 245 runs. India started their first innings very badly. So 245 runs is a good enough collection for them. If Kl Rahul does not play well, the Indian team would have lost all the wickets within 160-170. Rabada managed to take 5 wickets and Burger 3 wickets.

South Africa did not start their first innings well. They lost the important wicket of marakram by just 11 runs. At the end of 16 overs, South Africa managed to collect 49 runs after losing 1 wicket. Elgar 29 and Zorzi 11 at the crease now.

Indian bowlers are not doing well. They picked up South Africa's first wicket for 11 runs. And now South Africa's collection is 84 runs. The Indian bowlers could not pick up any wickets.

Since India cannot collect big, if the Indian bowlers do not bowl well in this match, the chances of India losing are high. India scored only 246 runs. South Africa are currently trailing by just 161 runs. Elgar and Zorzi are batting very responsibly now. If the partnership of these two batsmen is prolonged, India will be under more pressure. South Africa will probably be able to take a lead of 100-150 runs very easily.

Dean Elgar batted very responsibly. He was unbeaten with 140 runs off 211 balls. Zorzi was dismissed for 28 off 62 balls. David Bedingham collected 56 runs from 87 balls. Elgar and Bedingham's innings alone saw South Africa score 265 for the loss of just 5 wickets. Bumrah and Siraj picked up two wickets each. If the Indian bowlers fail to take Elgar's wicket in the first session next day, it will not be difficult for South Africa to collect 400 runs in the first innings. I think South Africa will be able to collect 370-390 runs in their first innings.

He is still unbeaten and the guy really wants to end his career on a high note that was evident with his ton celebrations, so I hope India will come up with an Idea to take his wicket and all the remaining inside the first session itself or else the lead will be big enough to make the Indian players to lose their hope completely.

They are again repeating the same mistake that they committed earlier.

At one stage 102/1 Pakistan is looking to give huge lead to Australia but Australia amazing bowling performance picked fast wickets of Pakistan team. Very disappointed batting from Babar azam is out for just 1 score. Now Muhammad Rizwan is playing at 26 runs note out with fast bowlers amar Jamal on 2 score. Australia Will looking to picked the wicket of Muhammad Rizwan and all out Pakistan in under 250 runs, Pakistan trail by 124 runs.

If Australia leads by 90 runs and starts the game in the second innings, the chances of Australia winning this test match are definitely high. Pakistan's chances of winning are slim as per the current scenario but still expect Pakistan to do much better in the second innings than the first innings.
