India won the toss and elected to field against Nepal. I thought India would win the toss and decide to bat. And will beat the Nepalese team by a big margin by providing a big target. Because Nepal is a relatively weak team.

Afghanistan vs Srilanka

Today is the 6th match of Asia Cup and Afghanistan and Srilanka will play in my City Lahore. I will not go to stadium to enjoy because of busy life but I will watch it at my office. And today Srilanka is looking strong as compare to Afghanistan. And I hope Srilanka will win the match. Afghanistan can give a tough time to Srilanka but I think Srilanka will handle it. By the way at this time no one can predict exactly. So let's see what will happen?

Nepal played very well. Nepal's batsmen performed well against experienced bowlers like India. While the team lost all wickets for 104 runs against Pakistan, they collected 230 runs against India. He batted well. They are improving very fast. Nepal team is now stronger than teams like UAE and Oman.

It was not possible for Nepal to win against India. India is an experienced team. Still it is admirable that Nepal has performed as it has. India won very easily. They did not lose any wicket. There was one unwanted runout towards the end, and without that they could have got to somewhere around 250. But still a good performance from them. But they were unable to keep the pressure because from the other end Sandeep Lamichhane and Sompal Kami were leaking too many runs.

Afghanistan vs Srilanka

If they manage to make the match against afghanistan competitive in today's match, and lose by a narrow margin, the Sri lankan team can still qualify for the next round. Afghanistan, on the other hand  must win big if they want to qualify for the next round.  As bangladesh won by a big margin against afghanistan in the last match, the round of 4 is guaranteed for bangladesh.

I have seen good performances from Kushalk Bhurtel and Aasif Sheikh in several matches in the past. Aasif is a fantastic batsman. I think his performance will improve if he works harder. Kushal Malla is also capable of batting quite well. Nepal has talented batsmen. Now they need proper guidance. They need an experienced coach now. Your information is not correct Pakistan's bowlers are better than the Indian ones especially Shaheen Afridi because that guy is a truly awesome bowler and anyone plays against his bowls will have to face the hardest match of his life. I believe that the other bowlers of Pakistani team also do their best in matches and especially when it's against India because both have enmity from the beginnings. I think Sri Lankan team is also a little bit good but they aren't as good as Pakistani team.  Although it would be underestimation if I say that Indian bowlers aren't good because they also play very well in the matches but it's a fact that Pakistani bowlers are a little better than the Indian ones.

Wrong. So much nonsense in a single post. ICC ODI rankings specify Siraj as one of the top bowlers while their test rankings specify Ashwin and Jadeja as some of the top bowlers which says a lot.

However, it cannot be said that Afghanistan's bowlers will bowl badly against Sri Lanka. Even I consider Afghanistan as favorites in today's match. I think Afghanistan will win. Afghanistan also have a chance to qualify for the next round if they win by a big margin. But the chances of defeating Sri Lanka by a big margin are unlikely. The Sri Lankan team is not weak either.

K L Rahul is back, which order will he bat is uncertain. I think they will not make any changes to the existing opening pair. This might be the last World Cup for a few senior players in the team.

Afghanistan V Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat. It seems their decision is correct. Looking at the pitch, batting seems to help a lot. Giving a target of 300 runs on a batting first pitch will not be difficult. Sri Lankan batsmen are in good enough form. However, their performance is very erratic. But the two openers managed to get off to a good start today. Sri Lanka are yet to lose a wicket in 6 overs. Sri Lanka collected 38 runs in 6 overs. It will not be difficult to collect like 320 without losing wickets very quickly.

Afghanistan's bowlers cannot do well against Bangladesh. Bangladesh easily set up a huge target of 335 runs. @Bureau no surprises here but what concerns me is if the senior’s fail like they did against Pakistan it’ll be very tough for team India and even against Nepal they didn’t really convince me hence I hope that the selectors will rebuild the team immediately post the World Cup. Furthermore KL Rahul form hasn’t been great so I’m not sure if his inclusion will help the team but if he wishes to prolong his career then he better perform as he’s already been given way too many opportunities now.

Every game in the Asia Cup can be said to be boring because almost every match is rained out. And yesterday's match, India's game against Nepal ended in DLS method and India won. If there was no rain India vs Nepal would have been a good game and both the teams are great and we could have watched and enjoyed the game nicely. But in every match of Asia Cup, the games are not felt due to such rain and the matches are postponed. That day also the India vs Pakistan match was postponed altogether only because of this bad weather so we are annoyingly having to go through every match in this Asia Cup.

Rain is a natural system and no one can stop it.Due to rain, the result of the match become very boring.whenever the DLS method is used, the chance of the playing team are greatly increased.Yes, they all believe that India is a very strong team,but this time Nepal good performance could have defeated India ,but due to DLS method , Nepal could not defeat India.And the thing is both the teams of India and Pakistan were given one point each. If Pakistan had played the match I was sure that they would have easily beaten India.
