We have experienced a lot of matches being abandoned by rain recently and this has recently ruined some of the matches which could really turned out to be interesting if there had been no rain. Recent Asia Cup matches were also affected by the rain. I hope we do not face such a situation in the World Cup, as it is also being held in the Asia region.

This match could turned out to be a close one if we had the full 50-over match as Bangladesh were really bowling well. Hard luck to them as they could not play the match and the match resulted in a draw.

When you check the score summary Bangladesh's bowling performance was impressive especially by M. Rahman who took 3 wicket against New Zealand batsmen. Match has been ended without any result and this has benefited New Zealand because their performance was not perform well. They scored relatively few runs and if the match had finished I believe that Bangladesh would set a target between 180 and 200 runs which is not easy to chase. Bangladesh is in good form this time and performing well. Having said that we are seeing plenty of matches getting washed out due to rain. Bangladesh team are so strong im their own patches, that's what we have seen in today match. Newzealand batting is not good and they are struggling too much. They lost to England because of poor batting. If thet playing same then I don't think NZ team will reach to semi final.
