Also I am sure Satoshi is watching us in this forum.

I think he is still watching the forum, but not gonna post in his real account.

As i know he had left Bitcoin so there is no reason for him to come back here under nickname satoshi. But i think he might often visit this forum.

Is also my opinion.

But only if we have a HUGE news, for the good or bad, I'm sure satoshi are with us in the forum, but only as a watcher

If satoshi comes back to the forum is because bitcoins gets fucked up, if the machine keeps working fine he will not have a real reason to come here.

At least some of us want to see him posting, that would mean he still alive

I think he or she will, something in my heart tells me they are still alive. I don`t think they will reveal their location or who they are, but I do think they will post on this forum in the next 5 years. It is only a matter of time before some big big rogue miners or bitcoin devs do something he or she do not like or see`s a problem with and they will have to come back and have a voice in the matter.

It will probably start by him or her saying something like this.

"Keep using the longest chain" or maybe "use this chain instead from now on"

I did a poll earlier a few months ago I think 19 out of 20 people said they would use whatever satoshi said.

We don`t really know the future. Maybe, Satoshi will soon proclaim that he is the founder of king bitcoin but maybe not. I am thinking that he has plan why he kept on secreting his identity. Many people want him to back and post here yet, we don`t know if he is alive. Anyway, I want also to see the real Satoshi Nakamoto soon because without him/them, we don`t have opportunities and money right now. Crypto gives a lot of open doors to the people and Satoshi must be acknowledged by that.

Satoshi doesn't want to disturb Bitcoin, if he returned, everyone would worship him and ask him to lead Bitcoin development. His every word could carry enough weight to shake the market, both because he is the creator and because he sits on the biggest pile of coins. He understands how bad it would be for Bitcoin if he became the kind of central points of failure that Bitcoin is supposed to remove. Maybe Satoshi is active on github and this forum under some other name and entertains himself reading all these threads about him, but there's no chance he will log in under the original account and post again.

Satoshi aim of creating bitcoin is for anonymous transaction without a third party so I don't expect him to come and post on this forum if he does he might be at his own risk thus he can be traced and tracked while his security might be at stake who knows whether FBI and CIA are working underground and closely monitoring him to reveal his identity I believed his not showing up here is good for bitcoin project and its not going to add up any thing. Well if he is closely watching the forum the better personally his anonymity is good.

Hummm. I think if Satoshi can appear again somewhere, no one can verify him. I heard someone say that his account at bitcointalk was not working either, as he probably didn't exist anymore. but if lucky enough to see him come back. That is really a blessing. The community will witness the monument of bitcoin and crypto - that will be the big day of the cryptocurrency market.

We cannot even determine who really satoshi is. That "Satoshi" can be a single person or it can be a group of person. It can be a female and thus can be a male. No one knows. If Satoshi comeback no one will ever notice necause he can be under a different username. We do not know.

I'm sure that Satoshi Nakamoto had/has a very strong reason to not reveal himself and if he kept this secret all this time I don't think something will make him appear from the curtains. Unless if something bad happens with bitcoin. By something bad I mean a major flaw in the code, but I don't think that will happen. Bitcoin has been proven to resist the test of time so far and personally I am only looking for bright things to happen from now on.

I think Satoshi Nakamoto will come back and show himself or herself if cryptocurrency is already very stable. As of now we just pray that cryptocurrency become very stable and everyone will have the knowledge to use it so Satoshi will be happy to acknowledge his works and show himself up. Just a thought.

It is possible that Satoshi may come back and post to this forum. But I recently asked the same question and I received a response from Theymos.  Satoshi's account has been locked on this forum. Do to hackers hacking accounts and trying to scam people I believe his account was also hacked trying to run a scam project or scam money.. Theymos response was this.. In order for Satoshi to return to the forumn he would have to contact Theymos directly. He would then have to post a PGP key from his known address signing and verifying that he really is the Satoshi.  That would be the only way you would ever see the Satoshi account again on this forum.  Noone can unlock it accept for Theymos himself.

So if for some reason Satoshi did misplace his keys or Satoshi no longer has access to his Private keys we will probably never see his account active again...   Now I have no Idea what his plans are for all of those Bitcoin but I do not I would have sold atleast a couple when BTC hit 20k  considering he has almost 1 million BTC it would be hard to not sell atleast a hundred or so and buy a house. So that leaves me to believe Satoshi is either dead. Or no longer has access to his Bitcoin or they are locked away somewhere and will only have access to them when they unlock!!!

If he/she/ want to comeback to this forum to share something he will be needing to verify it is him to theymos since theymos said the account is locked and need to be manually verified in order to get unlocked again.And im sure he will not do that because he is hiding his identity for years now and he doesnt want to reveal himself now.

Although it's impossible, I hope Satoshi Nakamoto will come when cryptocurrency is in trouble and present as a hero and overcome difficulties to provide solutions.

I doubt he/she/they would return. It's kind of like the heroic act of an anonymous person and well he left like that. His name was renown all over the world but he didn't try and bask under that glory. He left the community silently without anyone of us knowing who he/she/they really was. And I doubt that even if he did come back, he/she/they won't give his/her/their voice into matters at hand in that time cause well it's a growing community. He/she/they made it as a type of anonymous transaction without a third party so his/her/their goal was not to make it under his/her/their control or under his/her/ther watch but rather just see what the community can do to build it up from what he/she/they started. And it's going pretty well imo.

But there's a side that of me being skeptical about this because I think he is no longer interested on getting so much attention, he is now contented living peacefully — far from any noise. Another thing that bothers me is the threat for his privacy after doing such thing but well there are VPNs already so nothing to worry about the issue of tracking one's IP address. So maybe he is just not interested any longer that's why we still can't see even his shadow.

Its hard to believe that he's not already interested with his invention yet I'm pretty sure that he's already seeing on how far bitcoin do able to reach on.
He's happy on what are the effects and opportunities given by bitcoins existence. Dead or alive it doesn't matter yet we've known on how big is the achievement where bitcoin able to attain.We cant conclude yet if he has no plans to go back into this forum or not.

When he is no more interested to reveal his identity, we expecting him to come forward to reveal is senseless. Just because he made an innovation and stays hidden it doesn't mean he is humble and ordinary. It is not the way to predict his character and behavior. If he expose himself surely he will be facing more serious issues from governments which is the major reason for staying anonymous.
