All I questioned were two important things:
First, why is there no detail in the terms and conditions listed on the website which clearly state who owns the website/exchange and make it clear which legal jurisdiction or country any court case will take place in, in the event a user wants to sue or in the event the owners scam their users. I mean, it is not acceptable for the owners to hide behind anonymity while keeping options open to force users to send KYC/ID citing AML laws.
its simple as it is, .. it isnt yet decided where we wanna register one day.
and atleast for my german authotity its like trading a chcken against a fish ..
or some homemade shoes vs some gloves. i dont want, and will not
in the future bring fiat / real world money into the game.
it is just a crypto currency exchange.
and yeah. answer on your question. ... its still young, and not yet old enough
to go these step. but aggain. thanks for your informations.
sorry for the typos, it was a long night.
but allways a pleasure to talk to you jollygood.
and i just repeat my offer again and agian ...
feel free to ask me direktly ...
but something llike that seems far away.
... unsure why you talk everywhere about it.
but not a few lines with some natural skeptical
distance .. no need to hugh me directly

Second, what are users supposed to think of an exchange owner that removed his own avatar and signature that was promoting his exchange, instead replacing it with cryptotalk just for the sake of several pennies per post.
""the few pennies"" was 700k satoshi per day. ~ much more then a few beer ^^
and hey ... i even have cioy the yobit loogo for my usage...
this isnt a company man .. i dont do advertising bla bla .
i dont offer any financial company services etc.
its just a nice experience to build up some exchange from the scratch... thats it.
and if i tell you . how much money had available for the whiole thing.
.. you would accept that i take from yobit the 70$ per day .
but yeah, still wondering about your spend energy into my case ...
and you even havent me one day asked for my name .
some cold beer can cure many things jolly good
Thank you for the reply, it was a pleasure to read it. So if I have read this correctly:
* You will keep this a strictly crypto only exchange and will never add FIAT deposits and withdrawals
* You stated because the exchange is new (not old enough) you will register it at a later date and you do not know in which country you will register it.
I am not sure why say that I should ask you questions "directly". The idea of asking questions openly in the forum and threads allows all to see so there is no need to send PMs. As for the questions I asked in the past this is the first time you have given some sort of clarity. I also asked which software and version you used for the exchange but you declined to acknowledge the question let alone answer.
The allegation you make about "unsure why you talk everywhere about it". Please list the posts where you claim I talked about your exchange everywhere. Please add URLs. I have made thousands of posts in the forum, I would like you to list the places with URLs where I have "talk everywhere about it".
Then you mention "still wondering about your spend energy into my case". My reply is that my interest is minimal if that and it is nothing out of the ordinary. I have no special interest in your exchange.
And if you stated you made $70 from the cryptotalk signature I am happy for you but again fail to understand why that $70 is more significant for you than using the opportunity to promote your business. I still fail to completely understand why any owner of any business would remove his existing avatar and signature that promotes his hard work and instead promote cryptotalk just to get pennies per post.
Likewise I fail to understand your lack of reply when asking you to explain which authority awarded your exchange the title of the "world's most advanced crypto trading platform" and who the "professional and experienced developers" are that created the exchange. At least if you had replied to my post asking which software you used then people could assess for themselves if it were possible to have the "world's most advanced crypto trading platform" using that particular probable fork of Peatio.
Keeping all that aside I really liked the fact you mentioned that it is a nice experience to build up an exchange from scratch. For that, I respect you very much because of the efforts and hard work you put in to this project. I honestly wish you the best and wish for your exchange to get bigger and better. I hope one day I see things in the terms and conditions that give me enough confidence to use the exchange myself and even recommend it to others.
In the interim, if we exchange any more messages I would appreciate it if your supporters and affiliates came to attack me with something of substance rather than ranting and raving like money hungry buffoons. I hope they are reading this.
Thank you again for your post.
