You're right with what you said about using ones passive income to invest in bitcoin rather than selling ones properties but you're concerning unable to predict the market value because some event of the crypto market surge is logically and an example is bitcoin block halving which usually leads to new ATH of the crypto market.

The future is still a long way to go which means no matter how popular or well known bitcoin today we can’t really guarantee that it will still be the same tomorrow. It is okay to invest and gamble some of you savings to bitcoin but putting all your wealth on it is not a good move for me because anything can happen along the way. With the increased competition between bitcoin and other coins and future coins, there is a possibility/chance that a new coin will become the king in the future. Sure bitcoin is the king now and no other coin or altcoin has surpassed it but who knows, someone might come up with something that will beat bitcoin so putting all your money at stake is a very risky and a not practical move.
I just hope it will go as planned because that’s all we holders or even traders are looking forward to (fingers crossed). Hopefully bitcoin will really reach $20k in the next few years.

Like many ppl said your title doesn't fit what you said. With bitcoin, a future is not clear, but you risk most of your money just to invest in bitcoin. Imagine what will happen to you if bitcoin's price does not increase at 20k. But anyway I'm sure that you have some other plans why you trusted to much on bitcoin.
