I think this forum has lot of regular gambler so I am interested to know how much they ever spend as highest bet amount in very single bet.

100 dollars. I already bet high amount of money in poker because I am addict with that game. But I did not bet it in a single bet. Usually, I patiently waiting to get pair of high cards or people before I all in. I am only a poor person and I have to spend low amount in gambling because I need money for my basic needs than in playing gambling.

All in can also be considered as single bet because if we lose that bet then no more funds to play right.

But poker might be more risky if you are surrounded by the experienced players.

that depends on the stack size the player has where you up against. If it is smaller than yours it is worth the gamble and wont be your last.
It also depends where in the game you are since rebuys are not uncommon with poker in the beginning stages.

This depends on the game that I am playing. Like, if I am playing dice I only bet a small amount, about a dollar and less. But if it is sports betting where I can strategize and know the stats which will give favorable results, I can get as high up to $100. It is all about managing my finances while still enjoying the game.

I think we should also consider that value of bitcoin that time, this was published in 2013 and the value of BTC that time is still pretty low, and that is not big compared to 1 btc at the current rate.

My biggest bet was $100 and this was on a local boxing match held in our town, I know the guy I'm betting has a powerful and a knock out punch, they are both undefeated but I'm betting on a guy with the most number of knock out, and I'm right he won by knockout and I won $100 in the process.

I never use all of my money in a single bet because I am too afraid to lose in one-time. The maximum amount I use on a single bet that I ever try is 0.005 btc, but that happens in a few years ago before bitcoin price reaches $3000. In that time, I don't have any feeling about the loss because of 0.005 btc value is not the same as now. But after that, I decided to reduce the amount to bet. Besides that, I decided to change my coin from bitcoin to litecoin, dogecoin, rdd, or verge because the value is not too high depend bitcoin.

My biggest bet is on a basketball ending here in our place I bet $40 already a big amount for that kind of betting people only bet an equivalent of $ 1 here but I bet  $40 on 3 numbers, I made that bet because I am coming from a poker win and would like to extend my winning through betting in a basketball game.

That's lucky of you, my experience is different, I lose more when I try to win back my loses, so every time I lose, I just accept and let go of it.
I am very interested to know everyone's ranges here, so I would appreciate if OP will make a poll for with ranges of amount and must be specific, either in BTC or fiat value.

I have seen people placing crazy amount of bet size at crypto-games.net. I have seen people betting like 15 BTC with maximum win chance. I know that is crazy but it is true. Just letting you know, each casino restricts the maximum bet size. Usually, it is restricted based on the bankroll of the casino (usually max win is like 10% of the bankroll) or else people would empty out the house in just 1 single bet.

Am a gambler with limit because of my self-control in gambling. Most at time I gamble with a budget which after exhausted will retired to my home and, most of my betting are tagged base on my previous wins: 100$ is my limit since I joined the world of gambling. Although at some time I do bet low depending on my last wins.

The casinos have to have some security also. It cannot just leave itself vulnerable to possible losses in case a significant number of gambling whales will win simultaneously. Especially cryptogames, being one of the oldest and most respected online casinos offering a lot of games, it is not a surprise anymore to see gamblers betting as high as 15 BTC.

As for me, I never even tried betting 0.5 BTC. The highest that I can remember is 0.01. But that was when BTC was much lower than today's price.

I remember the time I was with my brother and he brought around $1,000 in his pocket. He sweared and promised me that he will only bet a maximum of $200 either win or go home. But at the time of betting, he was on a consistent losing streak therefore losing up to $500. At his last bet, he told me that he will risk all of his money and if he losses, he will never gamble again.

To our surprise, he miraculously won and doubled his initial money from $1,000 to $2,000 that night. After that, he never went to the casino ever again.

This is an interesting question to me!
I don't remember what is maximum bet in one shot, if I am right, I was betting 0.02 BTC on sportsbet when the time crypto market was in peak. That time I believe many people was gambling with the huge funds.
If you ask me to do that now. I will not do that for sure.

Although the amount netted on gambling  platform's differs because my bet is always bases on my lost in the recent win and not the latest loose I lose to the gambling platform's. Most of my betting are from the range of or ranges from the beginning.

I am low key gambler.  I bet on eosbet, have 2 eos bankroll. If I get lucky and double it, I withdraw the winnings, otherwise, I forget it for a day and come back next day.
