I think the site is still under development as its access is not stable on PC sometimes it works and another is pop-up an error message, I guess the thread starter should update with the actual time the site will be working 100%.

I see that you are not very active in this topic but we are going to try anyway.

In the past days I took the 1000 + 500 promotion, that is, I registered through a referral link.

Since the least I am interested in is opening another account for taking a promotion, I do the right thing and try to solve the problem, I write to support on the 21st and to date nothing, I think  72 hours is a good waiting time for a response.

Today I did the test of using the same email and as it was obvious it tells me that it is in use, ok, so why  it does not appear when I want to recover my password.

Support is vital in any business, I am lucky that it was in this situation, I do not want or am going to try to open another account, I understand that they are in their early days or in a kind of Beta, so these errors may be understandable, which I can not understand is that no matter what phase a project is in or how large or small the undertaking is, support is vital for users, even an automated response to my email would give it a 1 point in my rating, for now is zero.

Anyway, I expect some response as efficient as they were for when I was subscribing.

Another thing at all bothers me the situation of the bonus, it bothers me how simple a good support to users can be and it is not done, I just try to help you improve your support.

Welcome and hope your site will add to the existing site offering crash games. I just hope that you are accepting multiple cryptocurrency on your site as deposits. I am going to open an account right now and try some games to see how unique they are from other crash games and will give my review after all.

Just remember on putting small amount just for the sake of trial or testing out im not against with this site but always be cautious towards your actions because you dont know on what comes next.

I have checked out the site and its looks professional and appealing but those promotion prizes are still putting me in doubt whether those are real or just some show offs.

Can we have at least able to see signed message of your wallet that at least shows that you could really pay up people who might win big prize or something that  you had shown on your promotion.

When it comes to the design of the crash game then this is something a bit different where animation plus those background designs is something poke out my interest.

You have to be more active if you want to attract many gamblers or if you’re busy with the project better to hire a manager that can manage this thread and answer to all the questions being asked.
