I chose altcoin because altcoin has given me an advantage in terms of investment on one side the price is also relatively cheap, in contrast to bitcoin the price is expensive and I do not have bitcoin.

I chose altcoin becasue It follows the Bitcoin price trend and brings more than 10x profit once the market hits bullrun. Also, it is faster than BTC transaction, easy for tipping friends and family. It also brings earning opportunities by trading, staking and various incentive programs.

Personally, I did not have enough transaction speed, very slowly Bitcoin sends funds.
I also tried altcoins to mine using the pos mining technology, since there is no desire to buy powerful video cards and asics.
I really liked smart contracts and the creation of tokens already on the finished blockchain like ethereum, neo, tron, waves, etc.
That's why I chose altcoins.

I didn't choose altcoins generally as most of them are full of shit and a waste of time and money. I choosed specific altcoin because bitcoin can't offer those utility these altcoin (blockchain) can offer. I never choose any altcoin presenting itself as a currency, we already have bitcoin for that purpose. I did choosed ethereum because of her blockchain utility purpose, they're so numerous to mention so I don't have to go into detail. Did choose Dash for it's Privacy purpose. (The list goes on and on). I never choose an altcoin just because it's cheap unless I'm only interested in trading them for more bitcoin.

Currently though, I have most of my funds on bitcoin as the rate at which it's market dominance is increasing, don't think it has any plans to give room for an altcoin season anytime soon, maybe after the halving event I might have reason to pick my altcoin bags again.

Altcoin is an alternative to getting bitcoin at cheap prices, by buying or investing we can exchange bitcoin properly, that's why in my opinion we should invest in altcoin very well to make a profit, by looking at current market conditions, although sometimes I  also do not benefit because it is too emotional without too much reading information.

Yes you can by small amount of bitcoin which means that you can buy small decimals for bitcoin. You don't have to buy a whole bitcoin, this is the fear of others that wants to buy bitcoin. They thought that it requires you to buy whole bitcoin = 1BTC in order to have bitcoin.
But they haven't realized and understand that it's okay to buy even with smaller amounts like 0.01, 0.001, etc.

Their price behavior is a good opportunity to take advantage of their price volatility which can result in a decent profit in just a matter of a short period of time. Vice-versa, it can also lead to a loss in a matter of short time.

my reason for choosing to invest in altcoin is because there are still many altcoin that have a low prices and have the opportunity to make the prices can increase very high, then in my opinion for now the price of Bitcoin is too expensive to be an investment, so that makes me prefer to investing in altcoin than bitcoin.

I were choosing altcoin because the cheap transaction fees compared with the bitcoin and the fluctuation of the coin, and remember the price of altcoin is cheap compared with bitcoin. What i can take is also about the usefulness of the altcoin blockchain like that is being used to developer the decentralized application that can be used by the users in the future

Definitely your right but it's depends of the people choices I know and I am one of them not choosing shitcoins as an investment, to be secured I hold more amount of bitcoin and ethereum as my investment and some of them are came from the top 10 coins that have potential to give profits in the future specially if the bitcoin back again into the moon.
