How does the payment process work? If you're taking fees, I'm assuming the buyer is not paying the seller's wallet directly, instead, they're paying you... so do you instantly send the payments or that happens in an hourly basis for example?

As for some feedback, I think it's hard for the average newbie to understand which link he must provide to the buyer and which one he should keep himself for managing his uploaded file (especially since there is no registration required). Instructions are almost non-existent.

In other words

-get a better UI/UX
-provide an optional escrow
-allow registered users to leave a review to the seller after purchasing
-setup other ways of communicating to your users (SNS, ann thread here etc..)
-FAQ page

oh and wdym by "Refunds are not allowed after content has been purchased"? when are refunds allowed then?

  Minimum payment: I made a 1 satoshi for payment and did not get any error.
  My wallet address: I tried to choose a wrong address (or LTC/ETH address) and did not get any error.

+ try to improve the interface, trusted escrow payment and reduce fees.

I think in general refunds would not work. You won't be able to ask for a refund before you purchase something, so that's it. Unless somehow the seller did not send the content yet, and you changed your mind and ask the 3rd party to return your money back (which means it's centralized or at least a multi-sig).

But it's confusing considering how their purchase works. Which means either the buyer ask a refund before the 24 hours period started (when?), or before or if the payment is not confirmed:

You're right. The buyer pays to our wallet, then we pay to the seller order amount minus service fee + transaction fee. No instant payments yet, a site moderator has to approve payment in 1-12 hours.

As for now, refunds are not allowed. The original idea was to allow refunds after the purchase, but before the file is actually downloaded.
