Hey look, it's the guy who told everyone Game-Protect and I were the same person as if he knew it for a fact, calling someone out for calling out someone else for making shit up about other people.

You and others spent years defending the Game-Protect account while I called him a scammer.  Talk about horrible judgement.  I did get a laugh out of seeing how long it took you and your window licking crew to get up to speed.  I look forward to 5 years from now when you same morons start complaining about Vod's behavior. 

Addressing the topic at hand...  It's pretty clear Flying Hellfish is a snowflake and moderates as such.  I don't think the powers that be really care, so long as he deletes spam.

I didn't defend him much, and neither did anyone else, but yeah It was horrible judgment to not realize he was a scammer sooner.  It was an honest error in judgement.

Its hard to imagine he doesn't see the difference between just posting a meme without contributing to the discussion and a meme posted with conversation relevant to the discussion.

- If you just post a meme (especially and off-topic one), you can expect it to be deleted as off-topic.
- If you post a meme along with something relevant to the topic, you can expect it won't be deleted.

Pretty simple, really. If TOAA can figure it out, I would think TS can as well.

It's also hard to imagine that TS never reported just memes as being off-topic. Rules for theee but not for heee I suppose.

You find a way to make every action you don't agree with about censorship, even to the point of unironically opening a locked thread about it. Then when you can't censor something you disagree with, you call it "selective enforcement of the rules."

My thread is locked because it would be this thread instead of my thread. You all get to gave your little mutual reassurance circle, and I get to have a public log of moderator actions taken. It seems pretty clear who has issues with public discussions here. Can any of you explain the point of this thread?

I was wondering what the problem is this time, and though I haven't read any of the posts involved, or the threads since I don't visit P&S or Off-Topic, I would imagine this is exactly why TECSHARE's posts got reported and/or deleted by Flying Hellfish.  He does have a tendency to get extremely defensive, which leads him to go way off topic.

I doubt this has anything to do with discussion about the corona virus outbreak, because that's a valid subject of discussion and I've even seen it in the Economics section not once but multiple times, and frankly I didn't think threads dealing with it belonged in that section.

TECSHARE, I don't know if Flying Hellfish has anything against you or not, but if you've got a history of getting your posts reported to him, and those reports are valid and result in deletion, no doubt he's probably got his eye on you as a member who frequently goes off topic or resorts to personal attacks or whatever.  That would be true of you or anyone else in the same situation, and I don't think he's got it out for you--but I can't see inside his mind, so I can't be sure.

P&S can be a cesspool sometimes and I think people are better off self moderating any threads they post if there is a fear that the discussion will be shifted away from the topic at hand. I see this being the case with any Trump impeachment related threads where civility lacks. Relying on FH won't be necessary with self moderated threads where I'm assuming he'd defer to the author of the topic to remove any replies they deems unnecessary.

Memes are an interesting way to have a discussion and aren't against the rules. 
In fact, in the Politics & Society Introduction and Rules - READ BEFORE POSTING thread it says:

Make us laugh (or mad!), add something of value, something new or something interesting to the discussion.

The memes you post that get deleted by mods is bc the memes are off topic, not because they are memes.
